Fetch offer a comprehensive pet insurance cover with no catches. Everything is up front and easy to understand. The app is brilliant and the claims process is so easy and quick. They communicate promptly through the app and are super friendly. I’ve had another pet insurance previously and this one is way better.

I have had a pleasant experience with fetch, very prompt at replying to messages. They have worked very fast with the claim process. I cannot fault them I’m so impressed will be switching my other pet across to fetch aswell.

You can also apply for pre approval so you are informed of eligibility before treatment. I’m so impressed with fetch and how they handled my surgical claim I have moved my cat to fetch now as well. My animals deserve the best of everything and I wouldn’t change insurers because Fetch is the best. The staff at fetch are experienced in the veterinary industry and will help you as much as they can.

My dog had the worst surgery complications and ended up in Animal Hospital after knee surgery with pneumonia and gastroenteritis, he was so unwell. Easy to lodge the claim. Claim processed and paid in less than 24 hours. Would be a bonus for me if Fetch were in Gap Only, as my vet would then be able to process the claim.

Being a relatively new company I had some questions before we decided to sign up. Annie was very helpful with every question I had, it felt very much like a personal experience and you could tell they care very much about their customer satisfaction.

After hours of research I honestly haven't come across another company that provides such comprehensive coverage and their PDS is really simple yet easy to understand, which was perfect for me after reading through countless pages of PDS from their main competitors!

I'm tipping this company to do great things over the next few years and they will blow other pet insurance providers out of the water. I will provide an update should we need to make a claim in the future.

Really pleased with the switch to Fetch so far. Better value cover, and you can actually understand it. Customer support was super knowledgeable (and local) when I had a query via the app. And love that they sync up with my vet so admin is all sorted ahead of time. Recommended.
