From first contacting Ferguson's have been professional and personable. They have delivered a first class service.

Stressful time is moving!! However, with the right advice and support the house contents removals part went smoothly. We were moving into short term rental so used Fergusons storage for part of our items. The rest (a lot) went to a local auction house. Two removals vans needed. The team arrived on time, managed to put the correct items in the appropriate van, and delivered to their destinations. They did exceptional well transferring items into the storage unit, and all went well at the auction house. Overall the service was very professional.
The removals team were tidy, efficient and very supportive. The admin staff were equally helpful and efficient. Difficult to thank all involved individually, but I must mention Kerry who runs reception. She has a very welcoming manor and took time to answer all my questions fully. The storage items were eventually moved to our new property, again without problems.
Overall I would highly recommend Fergusons removals
and Fergusons storage. Thanks again to everyone involved.

The lads that did the move were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The quote was about on par with removal companies I think, although it turned out the guy quoting had underestimated the size of the move and we were waiting around for around 2 hours on the day for an extra van to come for the garden and garage items. No bother really as it gave us a bit more time to finish up final cleaning, but I’m not sure our buyers felt the same as they were sat around waiting for keys. I’ve knocked a star off because we’ve had quite a lot of broken items, and we’re finding more as we’re settling in and unpacking. I expected the TVs to be suitably cushioned for moving but I think they went in the van as is— one has a big dent in the speaker part and the other had a corner broken off. The fridge has a dent and scratches on the front, quite a lot of plastic boxes have broken corners and handles etc. Mostly cosmetic damage thankfully but still, annoying nonetheless. I expect things to break in moves, it happens, but this does seem an excessive amount. Perhaps the underestimation of the size of the move contributed to things being packed in more than they should. They also hadn’t been told it was a new build we moved to and the floor protections weren’t on the van so the lads had to improvise with blankets. Overall it was a good experience, just dimmed somewhat by the damaged items. I haven’t claimed for the damage because it’s cosmetic, I can’t prove it wasn’t there before the move, and ultimately none of it was on purpose and I know there will be some damage when moving the full contents of a house. Would I use them again? Probably, but I’d be looking to add my own protection to items that weren’t boxed.

Service was excellent from the office and reception staff to the moving team. Our moving team were great. Really helpful when faced with immovable furniture and extremely persistent with a large sofa and an awkward hallway. They were not going to give up! All in all they took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them.

We have used Ferguson’s in the past and yet again they did not let us down from start to finish the whole move went without any itches, the team on the two days were excellent 👍, some of our items were in storage these were delivered back in perfect condition. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Using Fergusons was one of my best decisions. The whole experience with them was brilliant from beginning to end. My entire house contents went into storage with them for three months and was carefully delivered back to me in perfect condition. The removal team simply couldn’t do enough for me.

My daughter had used Fergusons before and was impressed. Although my sale was difficult they kept in touch, reassured me and were able to move me at short notice. The team were efficient and friendly. They managed to dissemble a valuable table and reinstate at the new property. I ran out of wardrobe boxes but more were brought on the day. All my clothes were hung in wardrobes at the new property. The crew worked efficiently even after waiting outside the property till the sale completed. The furniture was arranged in a sensible manner so that at the end of a hectic day we were able to take a breather and get to bed easily after a full day.

From initial contact to the actual completion of the move, the staff at Fergusons did everything they could to take the stress out of a trying time. Steven is great, the office staff are excellent and our removal crew were superb! Absolutely no complaints at all-a first class team

The whole experience from, home assessment to the removal day was stress free. Liam and Davey were friendly, professional and worked so hard to empty my house, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

A very professional service from start to finish. Due to uncertain completion dates, they very kindly kept our booking open until a date was agreed.

Can't fault the company at all - arrived not only on time but early, got all of our stuff out and in our place rapid. They even managed to dismantle and re-assemble an ikea wardrobe that we had already accepted we had to lose. Every person we dealt with in the process from the gentleman who came to give us a quote to the lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. Although I don't want to move anytime soon I would not hesitate to use Ferguson's again and encourage you to do so if you read this review.

Definitely recommend very highly. Worth the extra value. A friendly, professional and flexible team! They delivered a bespoke 3 manual digital organ and hand made superking bed to a third floor apartment - including an improvised hand haul hoist over the balcony for the latter. Well done to all concerned!

The guys from Fergusons (Ryan, Joe and Craig) were great and made the day as stress free as they could. They took care with my belonging and were respectful and engaging. Despite a 3 hour wait for the key release on my new home they waited patiently and set to work as soon as I obtained the keys. I was extremely impressed with their skills in packing the van and calmly and carefully moving all of my items. Thank you for all of your help.

I am so upset and annoyed .. I payed to have my home packed and delivered to my new address .. while unpacking .. missing was 6 collectible teddy bears.. a watch. all were gifts .. my nutra bullit .. slow cooker .. ornaments broken .. when I told Ferguson .. they would not respond because .. I had raised my concerns 7 days after they had delivered my goods. I am so annoyed and upset .. I trusted this company with my life .
