Fenster Glazing Bewertungen

I would highly recommend the Fenster Team for all your glazing needs. I recently had all my windows (5 in total) and sliding patio/balcony door replaced, the result of which has exceeded my expectations. The property is now so warm and quiet it's almost like a new home!

Tom and Gregg took care of the 2 day installation and worked wonders fitting everything without having to remove the existing plantation blinds, as well as overcoming some unexpected issues without any drama. Buster the dog liked them both too so they must be good lads!!!

Pricing was very competitive and the flush fitting was definitely the correct choice giving a high end, slick finish.

From the initial quote through the administration to the fitting, everyone at Fenster was professional, friendly, courteous and attentive.

Having previously dealt with the bigger firms where haggling is necessary and you're just another name to be harrassed to buy something else, Fenster were the polar opposite and provided a true customer focussed experience.

Totally Professional

From enquiry through installation and after sales service the team were amazing and totally professional. We have been wanting to upgrade our back entrance door to the garage for a really long time and really pleased with the finish. Thanks team for keeping us in the loop all the way and I also found your frequently asked questions really helpful.

Would highly recommend Fenster Glazing. An excellent job done replacing an old bedroom window and changing a wooden conservatory window to a double glazed unit (which was a difficult job). Johnny and Tom were amazing and both windows look superb. They worked very hard and were professional throughout. All in all, excellent value for money.

Amazing experience! I had a cat flap removed from one property and put into another, which was completed quickly and professionally. Booking was easy, straight forward and heaps cheaper than other companies I contacted. Highly recommend.

Ben came this morning to fit 3 window sections. He was really polite and friendly. The windows were fitted quickly and he even cleaned the ones he didn't fit!

Throughout the process Fenster Glazing provided great communication, customer service and professional installation of windows. From Nick who carried out the initial home visit;David who carried out the survey; Perry in the office keeping us updated throughout; Johnny and Shane who were brilliant when installing the windows. Johnny and Shane demonstrated a professional but very friendly service. Top marks to Fenster Glazing, I can't recommend them more

Happy with the service provided. Ben has been very professional and kindly.

Top people. Very helpful with options and installation. Would 100% recommend to others and will definitely use again.

Had a visit from Ben at Fenster today. Did the job very quickly and was a really nice man. Top class service

Very professional, they did a first class job

I've had issues with the UPVC door in the conservatory since I moved into my house early last year. I was only able to close it by lifting it up and slamming it shut. Fenster Glazing came to the rescue!
The engineer was super friendly and managed to fix the door quickly. He also took the time to show me how to maintain the door going forward.
I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Fenster Glazing for any window or door issues. Thanks to them, my door now works perfectly!

I have recently had my windows and doors replaced by the Fenster team, and they truly have done an amazing job. The experience from the initial conversations with Nick on the quote and advice to the actual installation work. Especially on looking at the different options and design considerations (acoustic glass over integrated blinds, uPVC vs Aluminium).

James, Johnny and Tom did a fabulous job at installing the windows and the fantastic craftmanship in aligning the stone brickwork and the frames is second to none. It really does look spectacular! Thank you!

I would highly recommend Fenster, a top notch, local team, who are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.

Fenster recently installed and changed all our windows in our house. They also provided a small bifold door and changed our front door. The guys that came to install were so helpful and did such a good job. Customer service has been great 👍 I’ve already recommended Fenster to a few friends.

We had a small job to do, replacing one window and a couple of window locks. The service from Fenster was exceptional - professional, friendly and quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and also to have them back to do jobs of any size

Excellent service from initial contact to installation and after care - including telling me when I didn’t need work doing. James and all the installation team were courteous, careful and helpful. Very pleased with end result.

Great service from Fenster Glazing. This is the second time we have used them and both times have been very impressed. Would highly recommend and will continue to use in future. Thank you.

New windows and patio door with integral blinds and new front door. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend Fenster Glazing

Really happy with our new windows, doors, fascia’s and soffits.
The guys come across a few unforeseen hurdles whilst completing the install, but they worked really hard to overcome them.
Would highly recommend Fenster Glazing to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Had Fenster fit a new front door, replace glazing and fix broken and missing locks and replaced a window with bifold doors in an extension. They have done a great job, their fitters were extremely professional with great attention to detail and I love the products! Definitely using them again!!
