Stole money from my account after error

Went to sign up, said error. Two days later money was taken out of my account with no warning on a weekend. Tried to call up, no customer service what so ever. Spoke to someone online who wanted me to send through a bunch of paperwork giving all my personal details… I don’t trust robots.. where are the people to speak to? Have to cancel from banks end now and report theft as it said error and no email to tell me what was going on.

A phone company with no phone number

I was with Felix for many years then suddenly I had no service and it never came back. When trying to contact someone to find what was going on I found out you can't it's a phone company with no phone number just a chat bot and during business a person that can't help in any way , it's an absolute joke. I went with Optus and it works perfectly. Stay well away from these scammers.

WILL LEAVE YOU WITH NO ESIM/NUMBER FOR A WEEK

I want to share my experience to warn others before signing up with Felix Mobile.

From Sunday through to Friday, I have been without a working mobile number due to what should have been a simple eSIM replacement. For the first three days, I was stuck in their online chat, going back and forth with different agents who only gave scripted replies and refused to escalate me to a team leader. I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do, that only the privacy team could assist, and that there was no phone number or other way to contact that team — only email.

When the privacy team finally did email, they took 24 hours or more to reply each time, and their responses did nothing to fix the issue. I was told they had sent an SMS link to my number, which obviously never arrived because my number wasn’t active, and they didn’t even ask for an alternate contact until I mentioned that I had lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Only after that did I suddenly receive an email with steps for a new SIM.

By this point, I had already been without access to any apps, banking, or two-step verification for nearly a week. I couldn’t pay bills, access my business accounts, or contact clients, friends, or family. I was completely cut off and left to wait with no clear timeframe or real help.

Felix Mobile’s handling of this has been unacceptable — the lack of communication, transparency, and urgency has caused massive inconvenience and stress. Customers deserve better than being ignored for days and forced to involve the Ombudsman just to get basic service restored.

Scammed

Scammed. Locked into a payment for a service I didn’t use. Can’t cancel it, tried multiple times with their support chat but it hasn’t gone through. Still taking $40 a month from my account. Was reassured account was cancelled. Ridiculous.

I've had no end of issues with felix

I've had no end of issues with felix. I left Vodafone due to the same issues but felix is worse. I realised once I was with felix they are owned by Vodafone anyway.
Moving to telstra. Not happy at all. DO NOT GO WITH FELIX IS MY ADVICE!

if i could give this zero stars

if i could give this zero stars, i would!

i felt like i was on a holiday and i turned the data off.
this is the worst phone plan I've ever been on. wouldn't let me make calls to emergency services

from the minute i activated my sim, (i haven't even had this phone plan for 5 days) i have had continuous drop outs, data will not work, cannot connect to anything. i couldn't even get maps open, and even that would drop out when i was driving. i continually got notifications that i was offline. couldn't open emails. couldn't pay bills, couldn't view my bank. THIS ALL HAPPENED WHEN I HAD 4 FULL BARS OF SERVICE

to connect to 5G, I was told i had to completely restart my phone which was strange.

Support is nearly non existent

Edit 2: Still trying to fix my issue. Today email sends me to chat and chat tells me to email. Yet to see if anything gets fixed.
Edit: I managed to verify my ID but still jabe not recieved any emails and support chat is closed for the day so another day goes by without my problem solved. It would be so good if the service worked well enough they didnt need human staff but that is not the case. I will see hpw I go with them tomorrow
I am now on the 5th try of sortung out an issue. They keep charging my account for a service I havent activated. Today they said they will refund me. The other issie is that I need to verify my ID to set up the esim service but my ID is not accepted even though its government issued. They keep saying someone will email me but I haven't got any emails from them now they are telling me to check spam but I did a search and the only emails are about payments that failed that should never have been charged to begin with. Its a nightmare dealing with their chat it takes hours to even start getting somewhere then by the time you almost do the day is over and you have to start again the next day or in my case the next time I remember. 5 days for a refund to clear seems excessive especially when they should never have taken any money.

SCAM !!!

Don’t bother they’ll only take your money and give you nothing in return not even a workable eSIM. They have a contact number which is not reachable - hrs of service is a lie. Can only contact them via live chat and even then your speaking to AI even after speaking to AI the “customer services representative” is also AI

Bad Customer Support

I've tried to connect to the Felix network for almost two week with no success. Customer support offers no solution. Their privacy team is slow to respond.
This is a very bad experience as a new customer.

Reading the reviews

Reading the reviews, I thought I was going to get a dud, but I was pleasantly surprised. I even dealt with support who were pretty quick. Of course, the annoying AI was first, but once I spoke with a real person, everything was fixed pretty quickly, and so far, I am having a great service and coverage. I can't complain at all.

Poor Coverage

I originally signed up due to Felix offering unlimited data at a reasonable price, however; after only being with them for less than 24hrs I changed back to my original provider.

The coverage is extremely poor, it would drop in and out of service, have 1bar coverage and also it would take quite some time to load a browser page.

Extremely Disappointed After 5+ Years – A Service That Fails When You Need It Most

I’ve been with FelixMobile for over five years. During normal usage in metro areas, the service works fine — as expected when you're in a strong signal zone. However, what defines a reliable provider is not how it performs when things are fine, but how it handles things when they go wrong. And this is where FelixMobile has let me down time and time again.

Any time I’ve encountered a service issue, the support process becomes a frustrating, repetitive loop: reset your phone, reboot your network settings, try again. It’s like reading from a script with no end in sight. There’s never a deeper investigation, no acknowledgment of the time wasted, and absolutely no proactive compensation or escalation. The message I get as a long-term customer is: “Take it or leave it.”

But the recent experience has truly pushed me over the edge.

I traveled to China and activated international roaming. Despite doing everything required, I was completely unable to make or receive international calls. Over four days, I contacted Felix support — again and again — and went through the same mindless troubleshooting steps over and over again. Nothing worked.

To make matters worse, the support agent made a false claim, stating my iPhone wasn't purchased in Australia — implying that the problem was my device. Luckily, I was able to dig up the original invoice proving I bought it at Broadway Shopping Centre in Sydney. Only then did they apologise. But what if I didn’t have that receipt? Would they continue to gaslight me to avoid accountability?

Even after all of that, they refused to issue a refund or any form of compensation, despite the fact that I:

Missed important business calls

Couldn’t receive calls from friends or family

Lost hours of time due to unproductive back-and-forth

Received zero resolution or working service

They said it needed two more days for the “technical team” to investigate. But as of writing this review — five days later — the issue remains unresolved.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!

Basically no customer service, I had an instance where my phone was broken and they would not replace my eSim, this meant I could not use 2FA for my job and cost me hundreds of dollars. Buyer beware! Also the internet is extremely slow.

As a new customer

As a new customer, I expected a smoother experience, but activating my SIM was a nightmare. It took 10 minutes just to reach a human, with the rest of the time stuck with bots. Even then, responses were painfully slow—20–30 minutes per reply. When I provided my number for porting, I had to wait another 30 minutes, and if the app logged out, I had to start all over again.

This process is frustrating, inefficient, and extremely disappointing. I hope the service improves response times and makes support more user-friendly.

Great Deal

Currently using this in overseas. I switched from Optus to felix because their roaming deal was amazing. The switch was seamless with e-sim and was transferred the number to felix within 5 mins . Roaming was great with very good coverage in Sri Lanka. I would highly recommend.

The worst mobile supplier ever

This is the worst mobile supplier I ever used!!! The signal sucks even I stay at home. And I paid extra money for international calls service, and unfortunately this service nearly never work! Every time when I urgently made an international call, it always told me the service currently unavailable.

Zero coverage, Zero Support

Felix has zero coverage in my region, despite the map indicating coverage. I immediately started trying to contact customer support to close my account, it's taken 7 days of trying before I got in touch with "Clem" who told me that they couldn't close my account without sms verification, but I have no service!!! so How TF can I cancel?
