Phillip M was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He was extremely detailed, clear in his communication, and always professional. He made sure we had all the information we needed at every step and took the time to explain things in a way that made the process smooth and easy. His level of organization and follow-through really stood out. Phillip is a true asset, and I would highly recommend working with him.

The whole process has been amazing from every level. They are so kind and make you feel secure in what they are helping you with. My sales guy was Eric Strouse and he was very welcoming and very informational. The guy I'm working with now is

Philip Mazzei has been an extremely patient problem solver for our organization on the journey of interacting with SAM.Gov, SBA and the many other xxx.Gov organizations.

The reason this rating is not higher is as follows:
1) Training process needs to slow down for non-xxx.Gov participants.
2) Business processes need to be more transparent to allow small business to be more autonomous to manage their own documents. Case in point modifications to the Capabilities Statement was not collaborative.
