I have created store with Fathershops in last Dec but could not use it till June this year. I have ask their team to send me some tutorial so that i can complete my store, I was able to complete my store within 3 days along with the fatherstock products , I chose only 5 different products and sold to 1k customers in a single day.

it took me like hours to send these order manually to fatherstock and then i contacted them for auto processing my orders and they did it by themselves in 24hrs.

my customers started receiving their package in 4-5 days, overall i am happy coz margin was good but i found a bit problem in creating store but it one time job and they helped me a lot.

Overall it was a good experience with fathershops

It it one of the worst experiences ever that I went through knowing that I own couple of online store in many local and regional online store solution providers. Fathershop the do have a great UI website to attract you. But then Boom :) the worst ever. I don't recommend at all. not to mention that they have fake trustpilot score on their website which is 4.8 and by the time I'm writing this review their score is 3.7 !!!

I recently signed up and am based in the UAE
I have to say this process is VERY limited to Arab speaking members only! It doesnt make sense that all their advertising is in English to get you to sign up and then all the tutorial videos are only available in Arabic!
Theres a brief intro session, Ive had 2 as I had a lot of questions but still I am stuck now and unable to proceed!
And submitting tickets to customer service doesn't provide you the full explanation to queries via their email reply….

لو فيه اقل من نجمه اعطيتك دفعت 399 ريال على اساس بريميوم دعم نايم جتني طلبات اخذت اسبوع علشان يعملون لها معالجة والى الان وانا اراسلهم ويرسلي الدعم تم اغلاق التذكرة بنجاح ما شاء الله فوق هذا الاسعار ياخذ منك
يعني فلنفترض المنتج قيمته 50 ريال وتعمله استيراد يطلعلك 80 ريال سعر التكلفة الشحن 45 الى اخره وفوق هذا اصلا مافيه دعم تجهيز وامكانيات الموقع ممتاز لكن لكن خدمات مقابل المبلغ ماتسوى وفوق هذا تقعد تضبط في الموقع حتى توصل تصميم حلو يطلعلك الدعم وسرعة معالجة الطلبات بطيىة خسارة لك وخسارة عميل اسف fathershop لكن
الحق يقال واللي يحب يجرب يجرب وسلامتكم وبسبب الدعم اضطريت اعيد التصميم من جديد الله المستعان

I won’t recommend it even for my enemy !
No customer service , you can’t log in to your own account , really baaaaad

They claimed that it's easy to use and you will make money quickly, I've paid just an hour ago and i found it extremely fake; first you have the pricing which is so high that you will barely make 5$ maximum for any item you pick, secondly, high shipping fees which will cost you about 40% from the total price, thirdly, bad and i mean bad customer service.
don't even think about it.

Terrifying Experience
In their website they said to activate the payment gateway you need :

"An individual
1. freelance document.
2. National identity
3. Bank account information

Companies

Commercial Register
2. National identity
3. Bank account information"

But after subscribing any paying for their premium package on 30 March 2023, the chat agent tells me I can't activate the payment gateway unless if I am from Dubai or KSA. Thereafter, I requested for refund and the told me "we won't refund you". They don't have transparency and it is not worth at all, Shopify with CJdropshipping is way better price-wise and experience.

نصابين وفشله وموقع صراحه سيىء جداً تقنياً ، وحتى على أعلى خطه تسعيريه عندهم وكمان شريت الدومين رغم انهم بيقولوا مجانى وما يقدروا يشحنوا منتجات او يستوردوها من على اكسبريس ، وبالأخير رفضوا استرداد اموالى بعد أقل من ٢٤ ساعه وبيحكولى أهدي المتجر لأحد أصدقائك .. فاشلين

very bad service. i have register Premium Kit since 7 days now and purchased the domain through them and still i can't link my domain to my store. online chat ask you to raise a ticket then you wait for more than 24 hours to get respond. i can't even access my store account although i have tried to reset the password several times. i have requested for a refund and they refused. its a big scam.

منصة سيئة للغاية. المنصة مصنوعة من قبل مبرمجين عديمي الخبرة. أنت محدود للغاية فيما يمكنك القيام به. ليس لديهم مميزات كافية. المنصة نفسها سيئة للغاية وعفا عليها الزمن. مليئة بالأخطاء والمشاكل.

دعم العملاء سيء للغاية. في بعض الأحيان يقرؤون رسالتك ولا يردون عليها. أو يخبرونك بمعلومات خاطئة وأحيانًا يصرخون عليك بـ "؟؟". غير محترفين اطلاقاً.

تعديل: للرد على ردهم ، ليس لدي متجر شخصيًا. أعمل فريلانسر وعملت في +4 متاجر مختلفة على Fathershops. أنا لا أشهّر بالسمعة ، بل أقول الحقيقة. لدي أيضًا لقطات شاشة جاهزة. من الغريب أيضًا استخدام كلمة "defame" باللغة الإنجليزية ولكن ليس باللغة العربية.

Very awful platform. The platform is made by inexperienced programmers. You're very limited in what you can do. They don't have enough features. The platform itself is very poor and outdated. It's full of bugs and problems.

Customer Support is very very bad. Sometimes they read your message and don't reply. Or they tell you wrong information and sometimes they shout at you with "??". Very unprofessional.

EDIT: To reply to their reply, I don't personally have a store. I work as a freelancer and have worked on +4 Different stores on Fathershops. I'm not defaming, I'm saying the truth. I also have screenshots ready. It's also weird why you used the word "defame" in English but not in Arabic.
