Great experience with staff but products returned
Delivery great, direct to local store, staff at St Neots store are lovely. Unfortunately none of the items I ordered fit or looked good, the tops were too short and dress too large. I returned items to Rushden Lakes store, where again staff were fantastic.

Extremely lovely store to shop
Extremely lovely store to shop, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The layout of the shop inspires me and it is always very clean. They have a great range of the Fatface clothing for sale and are very helpful if you need to order on line from their shop. You can have deliveries to the store, your home or a Next shop.

Very good service from FatFace both in their shop and on line.
Your staff were very helpful in the St Neots shop. They helped me find trousers in the right size and shape.
Your on line service was very good as well.

I ordered through the shop - this was made very easy by the staff member. Delivery to the shop was within a couple of days & free.
