Email arrived letting me know jumper had arrived in store for collection within the expected 5 working days. Then a reminder email arrived as I hadn’t managed to pick it up within 4days. A very efficient & pleasant experience.

I ordered a jumper on line, picked up at the store so i was able to try on there, not sure about the size so tried a bigger size on at the store just to check.

What a great rain coat.
Clear description of item, easy ordering system and fast despatch.
Been looking for a raincoat for a while, wanted a longer style that would work well with skirts too. Didn't want a trench, didn't want padding and didn't want to look like a hiker. This one is just perfect with enough detail to move it beyond boring. Colour is lovely, weight perfect, fit excellent. Very happy and keeping dry in style.
