FatFace employ the friendliest, most helpful staff. On holiday in Mevagissy l was helped by a very kind team member called Karen who went out of her way to track a jumpsuit l wanted in a particular size. She was so lovely and cheery, nothing was a problem.
She also gave me additional information about collection, and where l might find my suit in other stores.
Also helps Fatface sell such excellent clothes - in both style and quality!

Popped into the FF Mevagissey shop to look at the new range and pick some summer outfits and Beth was great helping me chose some items for the summer. She let me know what suited me when I was trying things on and changed some clothes sizes - nothing was too much trouble. She was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable about things in the shop that might coordinate giving various suggestions.

I was on your Mevagissey store last week looking for a summer dress to wear at a family do. I was served by a lovely lady called Sian who was very patient with me while I tired on a few dresses. I finally settled on one. Lovely staff and store.

Last week my husband and myself were in Fatface Mevagissey Cornwall.
All of the assistants were very helpful.
We enjoyed the whole experience .
Much nicer than shopping malls or retail parks.

ordered one day arrived the day after.

I asked at the shop about this dress "no we dont have that one here" end of conversation.
So I came home and ordered it myself .
Perhaps she was new ? Not very enthusiastic.

We had a excellent experience shopping at the Mevagissey store. We were struck by the friendlies and helpfulness of the staff.
Sian in particular went out of her way to organise an online order to be delivered to the store before we left the area and we have collected the items which arrived as promised. All in all a very positive experience - thank you.

The staff were very helpful, welcome and friendly.

A well stocked shop with really friendly, helpful staff. Sian was particularly helpful and funny. We only came in for a look and in the end we all found something to buy- lovely new ranges for summer 2025!

Karen and the other lovely lady, whom I didn't catch her name, made my day. Popped in the shop today to see in case I could find a winter coat. Looking around I could only see a spring collection of clothes but the ladies were so kind and helpful and went to check if they had any coats left over from the sale out back . Bingo !! I found a perfect coat. I bought it and swapped it over with my old one I was wearing at the time. Karen was so sweet and offered to look after my old coat while we went walking. Very friendly, efficient and professional ladies. Great customer service 👏 Thank you very much 😊

I ordered a top as a gift for collection at Mevagissey store. This arrived at the store on Thursday and I was told I had 10 days to collect. I went to collect (travelling 25 minutes) on the Sunday (3 days later) to be told it had been marked as returned this morning as I was late collecting it. I was then offered the "opportunity" to purchase the top (as it was still in the shop but I couldn't have it as my order as it had been processed as a return and I had a refund on the way to me - something not evidenced by any emails, anything in my bank account or confirmed by the customer services when contacted by the store) I also had a small discount on the online order which wouldn't be honoured in store. I could buy again at full price and await a promised refund which if not forthcoming would be impossible to prove I was due it. This was a present for a birthday next week. If I buy again i wont until I have the refund making the present late and making me look like an unorganised and uncaring person. I found it frustrating and upsetting and whilst the staff in store handled things as well as they could, the process was a DISASTER!!

I ordered a shirt in the sale to pick up in store. I was greeted in the usual friendly way and my dog was even given a biscuit; now he always pulls me into the shop to have a look around.

The young shop assistant went above and beyond to help me, I was looking for a size 4xl or maybe a 3xl she searched everywhere, having been unable to find any she explained to me about going on line which was very successful I can't thank her enough, being a large man due to medical reasons this was a great result.
