I had ordered a dress online which was…
I had ordered a dress online which was too big for me but there was no stock available in a smaller size, so I went to my local FatFace to see if it they had it in store. The dress was there but only in the shorter length. The lady in the shop (Macclesfield) was incredibly helpful and ‘found’ the dress in the longer length at the warehouse, so ordered it for me. It arrived yesterday (within 2 days) it is lovely, very happy!

Purchased a hooded sweatshirt but decided it was possibly slightly too large so returned to shop next day.
I asked the assistant if she would mind giving her opinion as I tried on both the small and medium size. Made a decision and swapped my hoodie for a smaller size....excellent!

Ordered three items online. Returned two to my local store as they really didn’t suit.
Delivery and return system was great.
I just wished the dress was a better fit as I loved the fabric and pattern.

Always attractive and well stocked
I enjoy browsing in the Macclesfield Fat Face and can always find something that I would like to purchase. The assistants are helpful and friendly and the store always looks attractive with all the items displayed well plus it’s kept clean and tidy. It’s a great place to shop for gifts if it’s someone’s birthday or at Christmas or if I want to buy a gift for a special occasion for someone. I think it’s one of the best shops in the town.
