Evalena and Rojeen were so helpful at the London Bridge shop - I am absolutely delighted with the felt Easter bunnies and gardening piglets they helped me choose - their Willow twig tree display at the till has totally inspired me 😍

The staff was so kind! They didn’t have the jacket that I wanted in my size, so Valentina and Tanni called another store and were able to reserve the jacket for me. They went above and beyond to help me out, and they were a pleasure to chat with!

I want to compliment your incredible staff..Evalena and Alec…at your London Bridge store. I was looking for a tote bag I’d seen and they went out of their way to find the item, order it for me and handle the pick up as I’m an American tourist with time considerations. Bravo you. And they found locations for me in the States. These two were so incredible. Thanks!!!

Nice friendly store with great service.

I've been a loyal customer of FatFace for years but my recent experience at this branch has left me disappointed.

The manager, Alec, was unnecessarily rude and made unhelpful and condescending comments during our interaction. It felt like they were more interested in criticising than actually assisting, which made the experience very uncomfortable.

I've never had this experience at any store let alone at a FatFace store. Hopefully Alec works on improving how he interacts with customers.

Thank you to Evalena for helping me choose a pretty festive top today-just the thing for upcoming Christmas gatherings. And thank you too for taking the trouble to phone another store to check for availability of another sweater and for asking them to put it aside for me. I tried on clothes in a 'click & collect' package and also some that caught my eye while in store. Lovely clothes, as always - and the staff were exceptionally helpful, pleasant and patient. Nothing was too much trouble.

I called into London bridge Fatface today what amazing experience I had . The customer service was phenomenal Diana was very helpful I left with a full outfit from head to toe , I will certainly be back to shop with Diana and the other ladies .

Staff friendly and helpful even though I was making a return

I wanted to leave a review as I had such brilliant customer service at the London Station Branch this morning. My heel was bleeding badly from poor sock/shoe choices. Araya not only sold me the socks but gave me a plaster and an antiseptic wipe, and set me up in a changing room to sort out my painful heel. What a star!

My favourite brand Fat Face. Always find something I like as such a choice from socks to coats. Recently bought a tankini top and bottoms ready for Summer and loved be love love.

Excellent quality, wonderful selection of Menswear products. Been shopping at FatFace for more than 15 years -- first in London and Birmingham and then via online back in Los Angeles. Everyone always tells me the quality of the weaving and stitching looks top notch. A very satisfied repeat customer.

Finding pants that suit and feel comfortable has always been a challenge for me.
Today I quickly got myself a pair of wonderful denims at a lowered price (bonus!) and had quite a few laughs with Lara, Eva-Lena & Co. The gals were supportive and I quickly found the size and model that suited me.
