Attentive customer service.
Pleasant and attractive store interior. Attentive service from each of the two assistants - which is a 'must' in my estimation, as a potential customer. Quality clothing but esp. sock sizeing! There's not too may outlets (store or on-line) where you can buy mens socks in a UK size of 9.5 - 11. So I bought three pairs of quality cotton socks - and may be back for more!

I shop at FatFace in Lichfield and the assistants are all great. The clothes are good quality and the sales give genuine reductions. I am very happy with my latest purchases.
