Returning an item
It says in your return policy that online orders can’t be returned to a store if you paid by PayPal. It doesn’t say anything about returning an item if you paid by a credit card. I bought something online that was too big, paid by credit card, returned it to my local store. The clerks were reluctant to exchange it, but did when I pointed out the above. They were not particularly courteous. I wan not happy about that.

FatFace KPT is THE BEST
FatFace KPT is THE BEST. It is the friendliest shop in town, Dee and Brandon are phenomenal. Every time I go in, they are so helpful, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to help you find whatever it is you are looking for. They are so honest, and never pushy. I can not say enough good things about this location. If you are ever in Kennebunkport, you must stop in and check them out. It is my go-to store. They are even pet friendly! They always give our dog Charlie a treat. Can’t beat it.
