That not quite true that I choose the next store as my email clearly stated’ Good news, your parcel is in our Evesham store ready for collection. Then it continues saying ‘ if collecting from a Next Store you can also enter the parcel ID into a self service post’.
When I was asked to pay for postage or collect from a store I clearly remember selecting the Evesham Fatface store. As you can see the email I received is confusing as it says it’s arrived in your store.

Sizes are smaller than specified
Sizes are smaller than specified. My build hasn't changed but I had to have a XXXL as opposed to XXL & even then it wasn't a loose fit. Worried it'll shrink even more in the wash 😨

Evesham’s lovely staff
Staff are always really helpful I couldn’t return a parcel at the store so the cashier actually helped me fill out the form and did up parcel ready to send for me .
