The staff are always so friendly welcoming and helpful. The clothes I bought are of excellent quality and it is so good to see feminine colours and patterns that I like!

Sizes are smaller than specified
Sizes are smaller than specified. My build hasn't changed but I had to have a XXXL as opposed to XXL & even then it wasn't a loose fit. Worried it'll shrink even more in the wash 😨

Evesham’s lovely staff
Staff are always really helpful I couldn’t return a parcel at the store so the cashier actually helped me fill out the form and did up parcel ready to send for me .

Great service and quality
The purchases I have made on line have been so smooth and faultless. Sizes and colours are perfect.

Went in the Evesham Valley store to see…
Went in the Evesham Valley store to see rail marked Sale £30 or under. Took top to till to find it was £40. Whilst explaining that the rail was marked £30 or below a manager I guess, came over and said to meet trading standards she would take the items off the rail for 24 hours. No apology or offer of selling at the advertised price and really rude in her manner in front of others. I had not asked for anything but do not expect such poor service. As leaving another customer said they are always doing it. Really disappointing for this brand
Is it correct that you price sale items incorrectly then just remove from sale for 24 hours without even an apology. Also this is not a one off as another customer said the same had happened previously with them as stated above.
