So many good cashbackes and nice refferal system. I love Fatcoupon!!! Im gonna use it so long and often and looking how it grow.

I've found an advertisement for Fatcoupon and I have to say that it's well worth the time investment. The fatcoupon platform is engaging consumers with their original idea in addition to targeting the major stores. By using a single platform, customers can stay up-to-date with merchandise and help shops improve sales. I give kudos to fatcoupon for their innovative approach.

The company is making out time to get people engage on how to earn money even when you don't have to leave your house..

It's great when it works but a lot of times their Chrome app doesn't work. FC says "we have an exclusive 15% off coupon on this website" or something but it never works on most websites. I inquired about the app not working properly but I've never received any reply from them. Also, many of the cashbacks haven't been reflected, which I inquired about, but they seem to have no solution for this. More than half of my cashbacks with numerous shopping websites are missing. All they tell me is to wait, but it never shows up after several months. By the way, their customer service is horrible.

Inactivated account - suspect due to not wanting to pay out. Been using cashback sites for years, never had an account banned for ToS violations, but apparently fat coupon killed my account right when I hit threshold to cahsout... suspicious. Customer service totally unresponsive.

Also clearly they buy fake reviews - lots of reviews that are totally foreign (despite being an English website), sound like generic advertising blurb, mention the same talking points - "engages the customers". Too good to be true.

This is probably the worst cashback site. I feel like many of the positive reviews on here are fake. Trustpilot needs to clean that up.

It's easier for fatcoupon to buy fake reviews than it is to actually pay out their users.

I was largely skeptical of this website, but decided to give it a try. Despite them taking forever to distribute payable coins, the rewards seemed worth it. Surely, I could wait for a payout if it was large enough. So what if they didn’t always track the free coins that they offered.

Then the problems began. I started to notice that the approved coins didn’t add up. They claimed I had $8.04 in approved coins, but my transaction history added up to $15.32. This extra money would’ve allowed me to redeem my coins for any $50 gift card. I had already been skeptical that their math wasn’t adding up. So I went to sign into my account on the app, and the app just completely shuts down. I try to access the website, and they block me. I try to sign in under incognito mode, and they tell me my account is inactive. Funny thing is that they still tracked my shopping trips regardless.

So, I sign up under another email because THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY SIGNING INTO MY ACCOUNT! Customer service is practically nonexistent. Here’s what they sent me:

“Hi there,

The account is inactive because of the violation of terms and conditions.

Thank you”

No explanation. I asked them multiple times, and they have refused to contact me. Do not waste your time with this website. Topcashback, Inboxdollars, Retailmenot are all far better. And you get immediate cash back.

Refuse cash payout even though I earned more than 50,000 points. It's been pending for almost a year. They say the account is "suspected fraudulent account" without providing any solid evidence or any justification. Their detection system is definitely over-enforcing and pushing away genuine users. Reached out to customer service twice and never heard back. Already filed a report on BBB (Better Business Bureau) for an explanation.

I am frustrated with FatCoupon. After waiting months for my earnings to be approved and available for cashout, I now have to wait for the gc I cashed out for. Nowhere on the site does it say how long it takes. There is a page -REDEEM HISTORY- that says I did redeem, order # and date. That’s it. I’ve written support twice with no response at all. I am frustrated and don’t want to keep clicking or purchasing. FatCoupon started out promising but now I’m not so sure….a very disappointed user….

No longer able to login and customer service states "The account is inactive because of the violation of terms and conditions."

They do not respond to my request to be provided the details of the violation.
I've reviewed their TOS and can't imagine what it could be.

Never received any notification or email of any violation.
On top of this, If I recall correctly I had an account balance approx. of $60.

I was told by a member of fat coupon that I will get out coupons redeemed in a week, however, it has been over a week and the coupons are still not been redeemed. I even wrote multiple follow-up emails, but they keep ignoring us and don't respond.
Can someone please help me with this situation :(

This has to be completely illegal. For all other folks who are scammed, which are plenty, please take the following action.

You MUST report to the Business Business Bureau (BBB) in order to have action be taken. DO NOT let this one down and be fooled.

FatCoupon IMMEDIATELY deactivates your account as soon as you cash out. This happened to me and after reading the reviews, it has happened to others as well.

I reached out to their support - I will see if they reply but I doubt it.

This is a scammer website. They will de-active your account as soon as you reach the $50 limit and request a payout.

These guys is running a serious scam with the cash flow they have. It's not pocket money anymore. Everyone please report it to the FBI hotline. We will get their attention with enough filings.

someone please tell me can i withdraw money from fatcoupon. what is the criteria and procedure

Never use this cash back site. I made a purchase one year ago, because the cash back percentage was higher than other webpages. After one year, I am still not able to cash out my earnings.
