They were there from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm 5 days a week, even on a weekend if we had a query or a problem. They were helpful, courteous, polite and kind.
They were very knowledgeable, in their job, patient, had time for us. On their first visit when they came to give us a valuation, they were there for 2 hours, explaining ever thing they would do to sell our house, were realistic in the price they advised us to put our house on the market for, they went above and beyond, they did got more involved than they needed to and we are very grateful for all their help.

Christian at Fastmove was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. He helped iron out problems in the property chain and kept the purchase on track. What's more he did this in a refreshingly honest and straightforward manner. Would highly recommend.

Another excellent experience with FastMove. Christian was in regular contact and tenacious as ever in making sure once the sale was agreed that there were no undue delays in the process. Our strategy had to change during the sales process, he understood my position and advised accordingly. I sold within a timeframe that met my needs to be able to buy another property.
