What should have taken 15 minutes took 4 hours? I have done business with fast fund lending for over a year. Somehow my information got mixed up. With that I had to wait for a bank verification. After being on the phone for 45 minutes I had to disconnect to go to a doctor appointment. After my appointment I called back and the whole process had to start over. After waiting on line to do the bank verification I said I would get my bank statement. I had difficulty e-mailing it and had to send it from another email account. Hours later I was contacted telling me that it was from the wrong e-mail. Had to again start over. I finally get it sent in and an hour later got a call from someone who was finally able to complete my application. The whole process was very upsetting.

This was the most unprofessional…
This was the most unprofessional process I have ever been through! I was told a minimum of four times it was all set I was approved and should expect to see funds in my account the next day! When it did not appeared I would call and they needed more information! I got them the information right away and it was all set! So the next day the funds were once again not there! I called again and they needed more verification! So once again I get this to them and then once again told I should see the funds again, nothing! Very frustrating!

The process was fast and easy. The only negative I would say is the misdirection in how these loans work. It’s very deceptive during the process.

All loan terms—including the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), payment schedule, finance charges, and total repayment amount—are clearly outlined in the loan agreement. We want every customer to fully understand their loan terms before proceeding. Upon acceptance of your loan, a comprehensive agreement was emailed to you for electronic signature, and once completed, a copy was sent back to you for your records.
We’d also like to remind you that you’re not required to keep the loan for its full term. To give our customers more flexibility, we offer repayment options such as:
Early Payoff – You may pay off your loan at any time without prepayment penalties, helping you save significantly on interest.
Additional Principal Payments – You can make extra payments toward your principal balance, reducing total interest and shortening the life of your loan.
