I paid for next day delivery and allowed 5 days for it to arrive . It never arrived so I chased by e mail, online and by phone ( nobody answers the phone) . I received an e mail from them literally 4 days later saying it was out of stock and that they had tried to e mail before ( strange as I received the recent e mail) . So disappointed and now with 24 hours have to rethink my outfit. Poor service. Would not use them again.

Very well described on line. True to description. Arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Would definitely have recommend.

Wife was looking for a fascinator for our daughter's wedding, and needed to match dress colour. Shops had a limited range so thought we'd give fascinator a try, and were not disappointed!
We ordered three styles to try, selected one and returned two. Service was excellent both on shipping the items to us, as well as receiving the returns and crediting our account with the balance.

I've just received my fascinator from this store, oh my gosh!!! I am so delighted with it, not only is it absolutely gorgeous and on a think band which won't pinch my head, it arrived beautifully packaged in a box so it didn't get damaged.
I thought it would be so hard to find a fascinator to match my shoes, when I looked on this site, I thought this might match and it does, I'm so happy, I'm mother of the bride, my daughter is getting married in Mexico May 2027 so I want to feel special on her special day and not let her down.

I ordered 2 fascinators and then saw a 3rd one and placed a 2nd order. I contacted Ryan to find out if I would have to pay postage twice and he replied immediately to say when the 2nd order was confirmed he would refund me the postage. The orders were dispatched a few days later and arrived within the given deadline. The items arrived packaged carefully, were excellent quality and exactly as the online photos. It's difficult to buy online sometimes when you cant actually see the shade. Our hat shop had closed and I was running out of options. I came across this website and returns etc looked easy so I took a chance. The hat is beautiful and exactly the shade as described and as shown in the photos. I am absolutely delighted - It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I would definitely buy from this site again.

The order was dispatched promptly but the magenta colour was more cerise, so it was carefully re-boxed and returned (within 14 days as per Returns Policy) - but disappointingly no further communication received from Fascinator.co.uk and nil refund received to date. I have tried to phone and email the company but still no response.
I cannot endorse or promote future purchases from this company.

Please do not buy from this company, I brought a fascinator for my daughter’s wedding, arrived on time but was not the correct colour. Sent back within 3 days package tracked so I know they have received it. No acknowledgment that they have received the fascinator not answering the phone e mail given does not exist!
Please do not waste your money
