Awful product made cheaply in china . Support from customer service is zero. This product is a con . No one can get cellulite free skin with this thing it takes diet and massage with gentle hands using mild manual lymph drainage , not this dangerous tool .

Cheap Chinese plastic crap that breaks after a few uses and they have the nerve to charge Astronomical prices! I asked for a refund because I did not want more of the same rubbish and they just ignored this request and sent a new one, I don’t want it! I want my hard earned menu back! This only thing this woman is a guru at is marketing and lying and falsifying evidence and supposed “scientific studies” It’s also blatantly obvious she has had cosmetic work done and claims it’s the result of her “fascia blaster”. What rubbish. Ask any plastic surgeon and they will verify it. They have the worst customer service and charged more in freight than the actual products themselves, they are clearly making a profit from shipping. Anyone who calls themselves a “guru” is nothing more than a scam artist. Their refund policy is a total farce and this woman should be put out of business and her lies and deceit stopped immediately

Just realizing these products really don’t work for everyone and I’m wondering if many of the pictures in the Facebook groups might be photoshopped. I’ve been blasting regularly for several months with literally zero changes. I emailed the coaches for support. Their reply was that I had a jammed hip (and they neglected to help me figure out a routine that might work for me). When I asked for clarification, they replied with the customer satisfaction survey…so I’m guessing they were done speaking with me. Since I received no help there, I decided to ask the Facebook group and my POST WAS DENIED!! I’ve probably spent close to $1000 on products over the past five months. So frustrated. Hopefully I don’t get sued!

They have no customer service phone number!
You cannot resolve any issue except via email!

My order was stolen, so they kindly offered to send a new set (I paid $450 for the set)
I only needed to pay for shipping
They sent me an invoice which I was told to pay online, which I cannot pay online
I cannot pay the invoice because every time I try to do so the product shows "sold out"
I've asked for a phone number to call 4x and have never been given a phone number.
After spending hours going back and forth over many weeks, I asked for a refund. I was told that since this product was marked "shipped" they would not issue a refund.
Shady.
I do not recommend ordering from this company, no matter how much you want the product.
Very unprofessional.

I received the product and it was broken within three uses. Terrible customer support.. lots of forms and no phone numbers to talk to a representative.

The ABSOLUTE WORST ~ I bought one of these, and within a few weeks, it broke, it was cheaply made in China, and when I submitted a claim, they made me take all sorts of pictures, a total waste of my time, but I was intent on getting it replaced....so after jumping through hoops, no one ever contacted me, when I wrote back, they said I needed to print a special form, take more pictures with the form in the background.....RIDICULOUS! Ashley Black is not a trustworthy business person. Anyone who doesn't allow comments on their instagram ads, is not to be trusted, because clearly she is afraid of what people have to say. Her shipping prices are a total scam too, by the time you get the product in your cart, you realize you are paying a super inflated price once the shipping gets added on. These are just cheap fascia tools made in China, that you can get anywhere on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Oh, and I bought her "serum" and the plastic squeeze tube was broken, so I can barely get it to come out of the glass jar, that's about right for Ashley Black and her sub-par products, and inferior customer service.

Terrible customer service. They never return emails. They don’t give full credit back when making a return like their return policy states, and I never used it the product.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAULTY PRODUCT THAT BROKE ON SECOND USAGE, AND I HAD TO PAY 50 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING TO GET A REPLACEMENT (WHICH I DID NOT DO)

I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails.

Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute.

I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service.

Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.

I have used the FasciaBlaster consistently for the last year and I have seen improvement month over monoth.. Thsi year I am startingf with Ashley's NEW YEAR NEW YOU program. I can't wait.

Worst scam ever. Lies in advertising went from permanent to temporary to no cellulite reduction at all. Actually, it's a cellulite maker! My personal experience was awful, full of negative health and appearance effects. Numbness and pain, dizziness, rippled skin, etc etc. It's no surprise the "study" is not based on scientfic nor mathematical fact, but bought and paid for. And where did poor Bart, the author go? There is not a thing trustworthy of this company. Don't believe it? All of the "fans" are either brand new or financially benefit from sales and advertising, like our good friend who gave the only 5 star rating here.

Ashley Black's Fasciablaster Helps Take Away Years of Pain

I have only been acquainted with the fasciablaster and Ashley Black Guru's digital presence for a few months, but I have to say that this is an amazing digital business model and the amount of information that I have been able to find to help me with the beginnings of my fasciablasting is enormous. Between her website, her facebook pages and groups, and some of the review sites that I have come across on the web like fasciablasterreviews.net, I am at no shortage of information to help me do this the right way.

Needless to say, I have been blasting for several months and I have felt pain in both my knees and my lower back that have plagued me fior years... evaporate.

I definitely am getting my money's worth in less pain. Thank you, Ashley and the fasciablaster team for everything. WHo knows what I will be able to say in a year's time.
