Excelente. El servicio que brinda Far west es muy amable y rapido. Las oficinas siempre estan muy limpias y el personal siempre atiende de la mejor manera.

El servicio y el trato que dan es excelente. No tengo ninguna queja en cuanto al trato, la rapida contestacion ante alguna duda o en cuanto a pagar las facturas. Pero, en mi caso siendo una compañia relativamente nueva, me gustaria que hubiera una mejora en cuanto a la limitacion de aceptacion hacia algunos brokers para comprar la factura. Siendo una compañia nueva, no todos los brokers nos dan la facilidad de tomar cargas; y los brokers que si nos dan la oportunidad de hacer cargas, FWC no quiere comprar las facturas. De igual manera nos hemos dado cuenta que duran aproximadamente una semana en mandar la factura al broker desde el dia que nosotros ya facturamos, esto hace que se tome una semana extra y nosotros tener que pagar late fees. Gracias por el servicio.
