It was pretty challenging to make these transactions in my accounting software. Some of the fees and "behind the scenes" adjustments to the cash reserves and reserve escrow accounts were tough to follow at first, but with some help from my accountant and following the money flow daily, it helped to correctly post these transactions. Since we are on the West Coast, we only have about two hours in the morning to get the funding to them in order to get a wire sent the same day. That is also a challenge. The people are nice and helpful.

We have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of people and care that we've experienced with Far West Capital. From the beginning, we felt like a valuable company, not a number. The support staff has been great. Matt Watt is very responsive and helpful.

When we have needed additional assistance, the partners they've recommended have given us such tremendous help. Just being connected to such quality individuals has been so worthwhile to us. I would use anyone Far West recommends.
