Really good experience buying my bike.

However with one factory recall, and one warranty repair, I can say I am really disappointed with the lack of service.

They do not answer the phone, it nearly always go through to voicemail, and some days the voicemail box is full so it just bins you off.

They don’t reply to email either…

I have been waiting for a warranty repair on my bike for 2 weeks now, and they have said it won’t be for another month as they don’t have the parts. (A rear shock, nothing strange) no loaner bike whilst I wait…
It’s the middle of riding season and my brand new bike is out of action, and I am having the worst customer experience with Farnham Honda ever.

*updated from a one star to a three star* I finally got a response from them, offered a loan bike (I was originally told they don’t do) and an offer to ship it to me.

This is the service I expected, and am grateful for, just disappointed it took so much chasing and complaining to get there.

We came to Farnham Honda for the first time to view the Honda GB350S for my wife to return to biking after some (many!) years away and were served brilliantly by John Osborne who gave us so much guidance about the bike. We went away to think about it and then returned to actually buy. John was busy with another customer so Noah took us through the whole buying process with the same super quality of service. Both John and Noah made us feel we are valued customers with their friendly approach besides their efficiency, so both a real credit to you.

The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Gave my fireblade for a service and to get it track ready. The whole experience was great from booking the service to taking delivery and using the motorbike on track following the works

Rob was super helpful in my purchase of a bike. I didn't feel like I was pressured in upsales and he helped me chose the options on the bike that suited me. Post sales servicing has been great, I have twice worked remotely in the waiting area where there are hot drinks and wifi available for the hour or so it took for them to service the bike while I waited. They have options to hire bikes and offer pick up and delivery for services but I have not used either of these.

First experience with Farnham Honda. Received first class support from Sales team over the A-Z of my purchase, especially from John O. Bike is excellent but the staff were exceptional. Not all bike dealerships are the same, not even all Honda dealerships are the same: a big thank you is due!

Awesome first visit. Enquired about a centre stand for my XL750 Transalp and it was picked and fitted before I’d even managed a coffee and sit down. Impressive or what! Thanks and cheers.

Friendly knowledgeable team who answered questions and facilitated a number of test rides to inform my decision to buy. Excellent communication throughout and realistic estimates for delivery which were updated when needed. Overall, a forward leaning sales team and a bike which suits my particular needs to a T.

This is the second bike I have purchased from the team at Farnham Honda this year.
I have dealt with John Osbourne on both occasions and the experience has been fantastic.
John has always kept me informed throughout the purchasing process even I think going above and beyond with calls long after I would think most dealerships would have packed up and gone home of an evening.
I do like my Hondas and I cant think of a better place for a buying experience.
I shall be back to drink coffee in the future.

Great communication from the team at Farnham Honda, they always kept me updated during the purchase of my Hornet, they even helped out by giving me an earlier date for my first service as i was due to head to Spain and needed it done ASAP. Very happy with my dealings with them

This time last year I bought a new Honda monkey bike. And after two months and 126 miles I couldn’t start the bike because of a faulty battery. So I phoned you guys up and was told bring the bike in I live probably about thirty miles from you. I asked if I could bring just the battery in I was told no. I couldn’t ride the bike for obvious reasons and the bike sat for months after as I couldn’t be bothered to sort out. I ride a bmw and a triumph and I might just say Honda could learn a thing or two from those two dealerships. Very sad as the monkey is a fantastic little bike just let down by poor dealership interventions.

Prompt response to enquiry. New bike arrived earlier than forecast date. No quibble trade in deal which satisfied my requirements.
Bike prepared with own Garmin and pillion bag and mudslinger offered for free.
