Disappointed- Ordered for collection and i’m so glad we checked the box as the lady picking up before us has 12 items missing. We ordered 2 Australian mangos - Both were damaged and rotting, had to wait a solid 5 minutes ringing the bell multiple times when someone finally came into the main office. Shown the mangos was told they ran out wanted to replace it for the cheaper ones and tried to short change me. After what was an incredibly painful experience and no apology from them I finally got subpar mangos. Disappointed in quality - Cauliflower going mouldy and raspberries lasting 2 days before turning mouldy. The prices might be alright but honestly not worth it if you’re getting rotten items. Use to recommend to everyone but unfortunately will be taking my money else where.

Delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday, I was still chasing it on Thursday. Poor communication and poor english - any correspondence was difficult to understand and I had to keep asking for clarification. Items finally arrived and it all looks like rejects/seconds. Bruised, blemished, dirty and wrinkly. Some produce had maggots on it. Far from the image and promises they make on their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Did a reasonably large order, and despite living 30minutes away decided to pick up. Was able to inspect produce and get replacement blueberries, nectarines and a few other items. Awesome if you can collect rather than just hope they send quality items. I wouldn't do the delivery option but I would buy again if I had a lot to buy. Its not worth the drive otherwise.

I was excited to try Farmer Box for fresh produce, but my first delivery was a huge disappointment. The grapes were moldy, and the cauliflower was rotting—completely unfit to eat. I expected much better quality and am questioning the reliability of this service. Very unsatisfactory!

I bought a pile of bananas to donate for a kids event and they are green. Lucky to eat them in a month .

over all the box was very poor and nothing looked that fresh. offered me $6 credit for the green bananas .

Farmers Box used to be good. But on more than one occasion I have received moldy fruit. This time it was pineapples. Clearly the picker/packers have their eyes shut when selecting your produce, or maybe Farmers Box are looking for somewhere to drop their off produce so they don't have disposal fees.

They use to be good. The contents have been less fresh over time and quality lessening. And now my delivery has not been delivered. And they are no help. I stayed home for the delivery.
Won't buy again.

Excellent Produce right to your door. Easy to choose what to buy and if anything is off they replace the very next day. Cannot go wrong. Keep up the good work

The prices of the produce seems cheap, but actually the costs will only save you a few dollars overall which does not make up for the shipping (you can click and collect now which is good I guess). Maybe if you live far from a supermarket and the fuel costs would be high you would save a couple more dollars (but I still have to visit the supermarket anyways for meats and dairy).

Previously, I have also received mouldy lemons, and tried to contact them by email and never got a response - you will only get a response if you call them.

Recently, I placed an order on the 29/8 at 10pm and then got an email the next day that they started a promotional period for fathers day for free shipping from the 30th through to the 2nd. I contacted them in hopes of refunding my shipping costs since my order was not even processed until the Friday morning, but all they said was that it was not possible even though I missed the surprised promotion by 2 hours. I guess this is fair, but it was hugely disappointing.
I would not recommend making an order outside of their promotional periods especially with my experience.

I really should have read the reviews. Then I would not have ordered from you. App showed last night 3 stops away, the delivery vehicle was just in the next street, and suddenly the truck head back without completing the delivery. I emailed to be told sorry delivery would only be the next morning and the produce would be repacked. After emails there has been no delivery and its already almost midday. This first time experience will ensure I will never use them again. And I will make sure everyone I know will know about this so that people do not have the same experience.

Hit and miss with quality.Bad communication when produce arrives rotten.Yet to have a response.Do not buy there produce when on special, special translates as rotten.Expensive compost.Will not use this company again

Placed our first ever order and will definitely be using weekly. Their prices are exceptional - half supermarket in some cases and the quality of produce is the best we have seen in a long time. Packed well and delivered fast.

Most produce prices are cheaper than supermarket. Good quality and communication is great. Got my order the following day and packed very well and secured. Recommended.

Awesome company! Produce was fresh and big! I could barely fit the celery into the fridge. Delivery was prompt and the driver went above and beyond. The savings were huge, covered the shipping cost and much more. This will definitely be out go-to from now on.
