Booked a flight for 191.....called them an they changed the price to 260

Scam - do not trust this site. DO not give them your information. They are not legitimate. If you do give them your information, call your bank and report them. Then file a complaint with the BBB. Google allows these thieves to continue and they also allow this site and others like it, to remove bad reviews or not let anyone leave reviews at all. Google is just as bad. They only care about making money.

A big SCAM, Avoid, I want a refund, my ticket was booked but never recieved.

Henry Carter was very helpful and patient when helping me with my flight plans. He worked with me by giving me various options and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family or friends.

Richard was so kind during the cancellation process. Our plans had changed the same day we purchased and originally there would have been a $100 cancellation fee, however he was kind enough to speak to his supervisor personally to have that charge removed and send us back a full refund! Thank you for all your help! It is truly appreciated!

Henry was friendly, courteous and explained everything as he worked to get me the best flight time at the best price! He gave me his direct contact information for any further assistance and I will definitely use him in the future!!

Avoid! This is how they operated:
First, they give a very low price as a kind of"bait"
Second, they reveal the real price after I started booking
Finally, they added 130 dollars before I actually could get the confirmation (claiming that "things have changed so the price hiked)
I have a suspicion that "Patricia" the agent I talked to is based somewhere in Asia

Christopher was very helpful on helping me to find of other options & deals to fit my budget & still able to fly w/ the schedule that works on us. He is accommodating & friendly.

HUGE SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rude customer service by individuals who speak broken English and REFUSE to give a name or confirmation number. Took money from my acct over the amount I booked for and when I called to confirm they said “there are no seats at that price and I was charged extra and would still have to pay an additional $60 on top of that to reserve the seat.” They took the money out of my account and then tried to tell me frontier is non refundable… then proceeded to ask if I would like to cancel or submit a refund?? Do they even know what they’re saying?? AVOID AT ALL COST.

It’s SCAMMERS!! Please watch out. I saw round trip on this website & I booked it. I charged on my credit card. After I have done everything I have received messages that your booking is confirmed and our associate will reach you shortly once I hit book my trip tab , but I didn’t get any email confirmation that says whether my booking is done or not!!! And it made think that something is not right, so I immediately called on 1-888….number. And guess what!! That guy told me the deal was just for short time and that deal is not available anymore, so your booking is still pending, so would you like to book for another day for 400 dollars something. I said no I can’t spend that much money. So just cancel my purchase. He said to get your refund back I have to charge you $25 on your account. I told him how can you charge me if the purchase has not been done!!!!!!! . Luckily my credit card company is really good and they declined those transaction. I called my credit card company and they told me don’t use your card on any website without reading their reviews. And also said because it’s fraud your transaction got declined. So when I saw reviews about this travel agency I understood how they are paying this game. 10 out of 1 personal will get deal & 9 people will get trapped. So that way they can keep running their business. I would suggest if you see any good deal on their website, don’t book it through their website but go to airlines website & book your tickets. So sharing my experience to help others.
