The company is a scam. They throw out cheap rates, take credit info. and never touch base again. I have to wonder if they sell your credit card info. and/or engage in fraudulent charges at some point in the future.

Dave help me to get my tickets after we have some issues to get the confirmation number for our reservation, overall the service was good! We got good price for our flights so we recommend Farebubble.

Calling customer service is a little bit hard to reach otherwise everything was great.

Excellent Experience! Jose and the Farebubble team was able to get the cheapest rate in a timely manner. There is a grace period (for me was around 3 days) between purchasing the tickets and getting the ticket confirmed, but the ticket was ultimately confirmed and verified by the airline shortly after. During the grace period I attempted to call Farebubble just to get a busy signal, but after a few attempts I was able to get through to an agent who assured me that the account was being worked on. Overall very pleased with Farebubble.

Auto messages to customers could be implemented to avoid confusion for the long wait until e-tickets arrive.

During my reservation process, I got a chance to work with David. He was courteous, helpful and proactively offered me options to handle changes to my reservation. Really pleased with the service.

The price is so good although it takes a while to get the confirmation, very good experience overall!

I was delighted with the price. But interaction needs to be better. After I placed my order I saw a confirmation web page, but did not get a confirmation email and I began to get nervous. I reached out to the phone number on the confirmation page and got a busy signal, sent email to the address listed and it bounced. This got me very worried so actually got worried that this was a scam and turned off my card. However 48 hours later I did get a call from customer support who were very professional in communication and sending me an actual e-ticket after which I paid the balance. I would recommend that they improve the communication.

He helped me with a second reservation of 6 tickets! He made sure I obtained my tickets via email and gave me a phone call. He was able to assign the seats so my family can be together. Just be ready to wait a little bit for the confirmation email to arrive. This reminds me of in-person travel agencies back in the day. Great customer service. Give them a try!

Excellent staff David Johnson helped get my email added so I could receive the flight information

David was very helpful and courteous. He made a mistake on the return flights but corrected immediately. Appreciate that he held the cost to what I originally booked. Disappointed that it takes so long to get the reservation ticketed.
