Amazing customer service from Sara. She ensured to search for alternative flights per our requirements when one we booked was too full and also made sure to call back and confirm our reservation was confirmed. Great work!

Pros: They offered a great price and service. They followed up and provided clarifications and details needed. If this was provided after the very first call, experience would have been lot smoother.

Improvement Areas: 1) They took much longer than other travel agencies to provide ticket reference number which made us question the authenticity of the transaction itself and led to confusion.
2) The customer care number does not specify their operating hours. It routes you to voicemail with the message that there was a high call volume, again leading to anxious consumer.

Sara was extremely communicative with my reservations and making sure I received the correct emails and fare rates!

This is a scam, and please be assured that you will lose your money. My advice is to pay the normal price, there is no random cheap pricing on flights.

I was skeptical too at the beginning and I can see why the other customers felt the same. I booked through Momondo. This is definitely not for a last minute booking, but i did get my tickets at great price in 2-3 days same fare as advertised. Will try again for sure their services. Only book through them if you have enough time ahead from the trip. Their customer service did text me next day.

Sarah was my representative and she worked with me to get a reasonable fair. She checked several flights and was patient with me while I was trying to determine which option would work best. She made sure to keep me on the line while I read through and confirmed on the information sent via email. She was courteous and pleasant throughout the conversation. Although you would expect that in customer service, but that is not always the experience nowadays. The one thing I do wish is that she didn’t talk so fast. There was a language barrier and the speed at which she was speaking made it more difficult to understand. I don’t fault her for that, and she was responsive when I had to ask her to repeat or wanted clarification.

I will use this service again in the future!

First time to use farebubble. Kevin was so helpful. At first I thought it was a scam, but he reassured me that he won’t be asking any payment info until I check about them. So glad I got a very good rate on my local trip even if it was peak season.

The final charge could be higher than when you booked the tickets from them. Lucas has been helpful in resolving issues.

The Chat feature has someone responds right away during business hours. Kevin is very helpful and patient. I changed the flight plans several times and he was very accommodating. I ended up canceling the flights within 24 hours and got my refund back. It's not a scam.

I have had decent experience with Kevin and booking tickets through Farebubble. I had wait of 24 hours. Otherwise, overall experience was great. I would surely approach Barebubble in future needs.
