A fantastic company to work with – highly recommend

FanGo have been a brilliant partner for Anderbury Hotel Collection.

The system is intuitive, constantly evolving, and clearly built with hospitality operators in mind. The ongoing development of new features shows they truly understand the hospitality market.

The team are responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing feels too much trouble, and they genuinely want to see their clients succeed.

Hilary at FanGo is amazing

Hilary at FanGo is amazing! She’s always so helpful with bookings and any queries. No issue is too small, and she makes sure everything is resolved. Plus, she always follows up to check that everything has been sorted. FanGo makes event booking so much easier and is a fantastic platform for exploring all events/ menus in one place. Highly recommend!

What truly sets Fango apart is their exceptional team and the support they provide

Great system with a brilliant team behind it!

We started working with Fango mid 2024 and it has been an absolute game changer. Joe & Greg held two training sessions with us before launching our events to ensure our team were comfortable with using the system. Fango is a huge time saver and easy for our guests to use. The reporting tool is brilliant - from an overview for our operations team to keeping track of the financials. Iwona has been absolutely amazing with supporting and very quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend Fango and their team - looking forward to continue working with you all in 2025!

After a successful Christmas we will now be utilising FanGo for all our events

Thank you Greg, Joe & Iwona for your continued support with the implementation of FanGo. Your speedy responses and detailed instructions both over email and video have been excellent for the team to understand and use with ease.
Reporting has been fantastic and tailored to our needs and has been a god send to the operational team when executing the events.

A great help at Christmas

Fango has really helped us to manage the busy festive season more easily, and has been useful for both guests and the team. The reports and place card facility in particular has been a god-send!

Thank you Fango for implementing our…

Thank you Fango for implementing our event booking system, and more recently our accommodation booking system. The systems are user friendly, provide excellent reporting and the team have tailored to our individual needs, which is great!

Our accommodation booking system provides us, as a business, with a unique tool that we offer to our customers, providing a value added service, whilst saving us hours of admin time.

The team are very responsive and are proactive with new ideas. A special mention to Iwona who continues to be a big support.

FanGo are an absolute dream to work…

FanGo are an absolute dream to work with! We have been working with them for a number of years now and have continued to grow on the number and style of events we use the system to sell tickets for.
The 'can do' approach of Greg and Joe is the best part, whatever we dream up next they can deliver and can do so quickly. From small tweaks of the booking process to new report creation and large feature rollouts, nothing is too much trouble.
All of the team here at The Celtic Collection would agree that we would be lost without this system.

Looking for a bespoke events management system

Looking for a bespoke system to manage a variety of events, bookings, GDPR regulations, taking payments and deposits across our group hotels - Fango Online Booking system ticks all the boxes.
Greg and Joe worked with us and designed a bespoke tailor-made system to link seamlessly to our website making our business more efficient and modern allowing our hotel events team to focus on our customers.
The system launch back in summer 2021 was effortless and the system is now used on a weekly basis.
We have just had our most successful Christmas trading period in 2022.
Fango team are always on hand to advise and support and constantly listen to our needs in helping us adapt and evolve our customer service.
I would personally endorse working with Joe and Greg to develop any events business

Highly recommend FanGo

We used the FanGo system for the first time last year to sell our Christmas ticketed events across 17 venues. Christmas was very admin heavy prior to working with FanGo, however, this was significantly reduced by using their ticketing system. We found the set-up process to be very smooth, Greg, Joe and the team were great to work with and made enhancements to the system to cope with what we required. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Fango in 2023.

We are FanGo fans

We are FanGo fans! It's a grat tool which has allowed us to streamlined a whole host of processes so we are more efficient and are able to provide a better service for our guests. Fango has certainly made life so much…

Fango has certainly made life so much easier for both the guest and the team at the hotel. The initial set up with Fango was so easy and they listened to all our requests and made any changes we asked. Over the course of 2 years working with Fango and the team they have always accommodated any changes we have wanted to make.
Very user friendly for the guest and would highly recommend anybody thinking of working with this to just do it!!!

Exactly what we needed.

Working with the team at FanGo has been incredible, starting off as an initial conversation regarding what we needed as a business the team created a temporary site to show how it would work in practice. They took feedback onboard and made relevant changes. Since our Pre-ordering site has been up and running not only has it generated more revenue but it has also made our guest journey attending events much better.
