The unit was kind of crowded in aspects of the owners personal items.The closet and cabinets were a bit cluttered and no space to unpack food items.The closet was a bit crowded with storage items, linens , vacuum cleaner and swifter floor cleaner..Not very accommodating for guests...otherwise , it was decent, but a little over priced for what the unit looked like..Thanks

We stayed at the Red canyon lodge
We stayed at the Red canyon lodge. Two nights in a row we had no water with 15 people in the house needing to take a shower, cook, use the bathroom etc... after a day of skiing. Needless to say it was a big inconvenience. Their explanation was unclear and didn’t give a good reason as to what was going on. We almost left in the middle of our stay. When we asked to be compensated for this experience....nothing.

We were very sorry for this experience. There was an issue where the water pump was freezing up unexpectedly which has since been fixed. The owner felt very bad for this problem and offered for the guests to return at no charge when their schedule permitted.
They were very responsive to concerns…
They were very responsive to concerns we had with vrbo issue showing the wrong listing. The system had some errors but they were very accommodating to fix it. We really enjoyed the condo we booked through them.

I recommend FamilyTimeVacations to anyone and I will continue to book with them when traveling in the areas they cover. I’ve stayed at 2 different rentals on 3 occasions and everything was excellent! Great communication with FamilyTimeVacations and great rentals!

The description says this is walking distance to chairs 2,3 or 1,8. The square footage is stated on the property description as well. The listing does not state anything about TV in the bedrooms. This is a good idea which will be pasted along to the owner.

The unit was great for 2 families. Perfect location!! Beautiful place. Heat control was a challenge, upstairs extremely hot while downstairs was cool. The seating situation in the living room was not optimal, would’ve wanted a cozier larger sectional couch that everyone could sit on opposed to the small modern couch. Otherwise great condo.
