I didn’t want to put a star at all . I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDERS. It was 60$ just waisted … I emailed and didn’t get a response.

Love their products. I purchased 3 items, 2 shirts, and a pair of pants. I only received 2 items. I contacted their customer service and promised to mail the other one but i never received it. The one that i did not received was the most expensive. No follow up at all. I will never buy from them again. I should have read the reviews first. You guys be careful.

This company is a joke. It took over 2 months for me to receive the tops I ordered. On one of them the lettering was very poorly done & the other one was too small & NO RETURN OPTIONS. YOU ARE STUCK WITH WHAT YOU GET!!!!! CRAP!!!
You have to give a date below by I dealt with this SCAM company for 3 months trying to resolve!!!

I ordered a cardigan from that site mid-September and paid, but never received the item. No excuse, no proper update. I strongly advise people never to buy from them and will certainly put it everywhere online that they are a fraud.

False advertising. Scam scam scam.
They use AI to show huge comfy and amazing quality clothing. They charge you a ton. Then all you get is a cheap quality thin item with a PICTURE/PRINT of the clothing you thought you were getting. Garbage. They would not refund me either. Absolute theft.

There products are very cheap and thin. I purchased 2 Turning Point tshirts and tried to cancel it within an hour of ordering it and I was told through a chat box that the items were being processed and couldn't cancel. It took about a month before I received the items and started the process of returning them. It took weeks to get a response and all they would offer me was $4 when I spent more than $50 for them. Please check the reviews before buying. I made a costly mistake by not doing that.

This company is a complete scam !!!! Do not buy from them ! If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered and they charged me more than the total , I did contact them they said it was a computer error and did refund me the overage , order took over two months to get to me and free shipping is a lie because it comes from CHINA so when it does arrive you will pay duty fees to get your package!

First of all, it took over a month to receive my order! When I receive the order, some did not fit, I was disappointed in quality of others! I contacted them to see if I could get a refund and pay for my own shipping. I did everything they ask with pictures of my order and things received and still, they would not let me return would not give me the correct address to return and would not give me a refund! They were horrible to work with and after another month, they only gave me back a fourth of what I paid and would not let me return anything nor give me an address to check on shipping costs to return them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

it took a month to receive my items and all were very cheaply made. the return window closes within 2 weeks and it's difficult to contact company to get information for this. even though they knew what items I ordered, they wanted info from the outside packaging which I had thrown away. apparently this would help them "identify the issue." tracking stated my items came from Iceland

absolute scam, never received items. It's been 6 weeks. Not getting a response. I didn't realize company in China otherwise, I would have never ordered from there.

First of all, when I put my order in for 2 extra large ladies shirts, same style, different color then, after purchasing, I found that they added another charge, claiming to be taxes over $14. I did put in a discrepancy with paypal , and that part was refunded.
Then both shirts came one was way way.Small, maybe a woman size 6 that fit my twelve-year-old granddaughter.So I gave it to her and the other one was maybe a women size medium at the best. Neither of these shirts fit and the quality was awful. When I reached out to the company 3 times I never gotta reply.This is the type of company you're dealing with. Oh, and by the way, the product comes straight from China.

I ordered a t-shirt and the graphics on the back were terrible and distorted. The delivery took over 4 weeks. When I reached out to the company to process a refund the responder offered compensation 6 in default currency and told me it would cost me too much to ship back. I asked the rep what "6" means....US dollars? I then told the rep I would be putting negative reviews on Facebook and reporting the company here and to BBB. The rep will not tell me how much my compensation is or offer to refund my credit card. This is a Chinese company that uses an address in Chicago to ship.

100% scam. It took over 1 month to get my order. When I received it the quality was horrendous, I was forced to pay additional postage, and nothing fit. When I contacted the company, they completely ghosted me after I attempted to return. Don't make my mistake.

They added a $15 random fee after the order was finalized, took 6 weeks to show up and the shirts are garbage. The sizes are all over the place, the material is terrible and the lettering is crooked and off center. Do NOT order from them.

After overcharging my card the amount on the statement, it took 5 weeks to receive my shirts, they came from over seas, they were not to size, too small. CS will not work with you , no returns. Buy at your own risk.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Shipping took over a month. The quality of the items is awful and the return/refund procedure is a joke. Do not buy from them!!!

Took about 6 weeks to get 2 so called sweaters that are complete garbage. Do not order from this place. They came from Italy. They also charged me more than what was quoted on their website. Stay away from.

Their website said easy returns. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The clothing did not fit properly — chest measurement was off according to their size chart but in addition, the sleeves were too long and the shoulders too narrow. When I contacted them about returning the items for a refund the bizarre communication exchange began. Would I accept $20 for the items? or $10? Or $18? I could keep the items with $20 in “compensation .” (Why would I keep clothes that didn’t fit? Why would I accept $10 or $20 for more than &70 worth of merchandise? None of it made sense. I have ordered so much clothing online and have never experienced anything like this. I guess they just want to exhaust and dance around honest consumers looking for an honest transaction so we will stop asking for a refund. What’s really sad is that they position themselves as a faith-based company to build trust for their scam.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a t-shirt and over 2 weeks later I still haven't received it. It turns out the company is based in China. I contacted "customer support" to get a refund, but there's only an email address and they say "the shirt is in transit." Do not buy from them!
