I placed an order on 5th March and got no updates. I tried sending them an email, calling on their phone, sending them messages on WhatsApp, calling them on WhatsApp and leaving messages on their Fb - BUT GOT NO REPLIES AT ALL!
I asked them Refund but they are completely disappear.
Now I have to contact with my Bank about Refund

Ordered two Baroque suits with premium embellishments from FaisalFabrics.pk and I must say I’m genuinely impressed. I was initially hesitant about ordering from the UK, but not only did my parcel arrive on time, also the stitching and detailing were exactly as shown. The premium add-ons were worth every rupee.
What stood out was their Express Delivery and how they kept me updated at every step. Also, the lining was stitched perfectly to fit the design and size. So much better than my past experiences with stores like Laam and Sanaulla where either sizing or delivery timelines disappoint.
Highly recommend Faisal Fabrics to anyone abroad looking for authentic Pakistani designer wear they’ve won my trust and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Bad customer service
I have ordered a suit from Faisal fabrics on 10th July and paid amount in their account. As I have done some shopping from LAAM and Sanaullah fabrics who has excellent customer service; I assumed they are same. First I left some message on phone but no response, sent some emails as well as I wanted my suit urgently so I only received thay my order is in process. I whatsapped them on 17th enquiring where is my parcel I was only informed it is in process and will be dispatched soon. I also ask any idea how long will it take? Is it in stock or not but no response.On 18th I asked them thay if you have not sent my suit then cancel my order and refund my money as my parcel from Pakistan will dispatch soon and I can't delay any money but again no response and still don't know where is my suit; are they dispatching ot not; are they going to refund me or not; looked like it shopping doesnot exist any more as no response. If they were in UK or US they would be out of business soon. I would ot recommend d this to a yvody especially overseas who are very tight with time constraints.

Honest and reliable
I have place and order with Faisal Fabrics few weeks ago however due to one of the items in my order did not pass their quality check they were not able to deliver or make the order.
They have offered me to replace my order with something else or to accept a voucher, but I have requested a refund in which they accepted it and started the refund process.
There might be a short delay in responding due to high volume of inquiries however they do care about customers service and respond to every inquiry.
I would like to thank for their professionalism and for going over and beyond to process a refund for me.

Great Quality Beautifully Stitched Clothes
I ordered mens shalwar kameez suits. They were custom made to size. The order came is a timely fashion and the clothes were beautiful. Every suit was stitched to perfection and the quality of each fabric was excellent. The tailor followed the specific requests and made the garments very well. The ordering process was easy and communication with Faisal Fabrics team was good. I am very please to receive yet another wonderful order from Faisal Fabrics and am very thankful for it.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Numerous calls and email attempts, no reply re urgent orders. The only correspondence I had was with regard to them requesting payment which I held off on until I had some response. Having sent the money, I have had no further contact. Still waiting. May have to talk to my bank to get a refund.

The order in question was placed on March 28th with custom stitching, which requires 4–6 working weeks — clearly mentioned during checkout. Despite that, the customer posted this review just 2 weeks later, before the expected delivery timeline.
As per courier records (Skynet CN: 000511985067), the parcel was dispatched on April 30 and delivered successfully on May 7, 2025 — well within the promised timeframe.
We’re always here to help and believe it’s important for reviews to reflect complete and accurate context.

Missing front piece from suit
Ordered 3 unstitched suits from them. When it came to stitching, we found one of them had the front piece missing. Emailed them with photos and video of pieces received as requested but despite emails they have not sent the missing piece or replied! Will not be using again as I’ve technically received 2 suits for the price of 3 😡
