Brought a dress from the sale section
Brought a dress from the sale section. Didn't fit me nicely at all and was much thicker and hotter than it looked like it would be in the pictures. Requested to return but you can't return sales items apparently. I think this should be made more clear when spending 100s of pounds on a dress. It also discourages customers. I won't be risking not liking the fit of any of their very expensive dresses again to not be able to return them.

The best dresses I have ever purchased!
I currently own a couple of fairy tong dresses and I have another on the way right now ! I absolutely love fairy tong so much . Turned Heads All Night! Obsessed 😍
I absolutely fell in love with the Golden Monarch dress from Fairy Tong 🤍
I wore it to a play recently and it truly turned heads the entire night. The fit is ✨perfect✨ it hugs my body in the most flattering way while still feeling incredibly comfortable.
The cotton dresses are honestly the softest, most luxurious fabric I’ve ever worn in a dress. What I love most is how it is beautiful corseted, got that cinched look with REAL comfort. It’s double to triple lined, fully cotton, and I didn’t even need to wear a bra underneath, such a game changer if you know what i mean 🤭!
I definitely want to try all of their dresses. Highly recommend!

Great Experience with Luxury Surprise Bag
I purchased a Luxury Surprise Bag and added in the comments that I preferred pastel colors and please no white. The prices of the surprise bags were a little more palatable than buying a dress directly. I love all of their organza dresses so was willing to gamble the dress. I highly recommend actually getting out a tape measure and taking your measurements. In US sizes, I'm a small 4/6 34DD, but I looked at the sizing guide and went with a M. It just barely fits. Like just. Not too tight but I'm glad I took my measurements. If I wasn't as busty I'd say it fit perfectly, but I'm "busting " out slightly in the top portion haha. I ended up getting the Pink Flower Fairy Midi dress, which is awesome because I grew up with the Barker Flower Fairy books <3 The Luxury Surprise Bag also came with a cute flower fairy shirt! The dress and shirt quality make this brand well-worth it! The dress really feels like an ethereal fairy dress.

I attended a private fitting before purchasing my wedding dress from Fairy Tong, they accommodated a later than usual fitting and made me and my mum feel very comfortable. Shipping and delivery were all timely, as well as good communication. The dress itself is beautiful and unique with a high level of attention to deal. It looked princess like but also was very comfortable and I wore it through to the reception. Would definitely purchase from you again when looking for that special something. Thank you

I was so impressed with this brand
I was so impressed with this brand. First of all the dress I purchased exceeded expectations, it was absolutely stunning and the quality amazing. But what really took me by surprise was the customer service: used as we all are to poor assistance, not getting replies or having to wait days or weeks, refunds rejected and whatnot, I didn’t hold out too much hope when I saw that the dress was a bit too tight on me and how close it was to Christmas, which was when I needed the dress for. However as soon as I emailed them the team was so helpful, available and just honestly amazing. Their cordiality and speed was unparalleled to me, the dress of the right size came on time and everything went smoothly at such a crazy time of the year. I will definitely be buying again, this was one of the happiest and most meaningful shopping experiences for me.

Perfect addition to my wardrobe
I own 2 gowns by Fairy Tong and I have been so incredibly happy with both of them. I wore one as a wedding guest and I wore the other to an ice breaker party for my own wedding weekend. The quality is great and the dresses are well made. I used the measurements provided on the website to get the perfect fit and found the sizing guide to be accurate. Shipping time was reasonable and I received the orders within the time frame provided by FT when purchasing. I love the whimsy they add to my life and have gotten many compliments on both gowns.

I have 7-8 of Fairy Tong dresses and I can honestly say their designs are pure magic! Every piece I’ve received has been made with such incredible quality and attention to detail.
The packaging is also stunning, my dress arrived neatly folded in delicate tissue paper, with the Fairy Tong logo and a lovely handwritten note that made it feel extra special, like unwrapping a gift! I also love that they are so size-inclusive! I’ll definitely keep coming back for more!

The price tag may shock you at first…
The price tag may shock you at first but I am telling you right now you feel your money in the fabric when you recieve your item. Like it is thick beautiful fabric thats all hand sewn. Which also is incredible, the shape is perfect and Im pretty sure you can even custom order to your measurements. But even the premade one looks like it was actually made for me, I swear. The flow of the dress is spectacular and I get millions of compliments when I wear it to a fancy orchestra or a high tea experience.

Don't buy surprise bags
I ordered a 2 dress surprise bag - as it's final sale i looked at size guides provided closely and I sat comfortably below the XL guidelines and ordered this size feeling guaranteed that it would fit and I would get it taken in if needed.
The dresses came and were miles too small. I emailed in and was told: "We are sorry that the size was not right for you. Unfortunately the Surprise Bag is final sale and we are not able to provide a store credit for it. We suggest you to join some Facebook groups for a resell or a swap. "
Don't trust the size charts at all - if final sale these should be accurate and were not.
There is also no resale value at all for an XL size. After months of trying to sale these I got £30 for both dresses which had cost me £155. So down £120.
So gutted as I had followed this brand for years before placing an order.

Our Surprise Bags are listed as final sale in the product description, and our returns policy allows exchanges or returns for full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Your parcel was delivered on March 16th, and we received your first email on April 6th (22 days after delivery) — outside of that return window.
Even so, we wanted to help and considered arranging an exchange. Unfortunately, our Surprise Bags sold out quickly and include one-of-a-kind pieces, so an exchange wasn’t possible. Instead, we offered a £30 store credit as a goodwill gesture. We didn’t hear back regarding that offer, but we always aim to provide our lovely customers with an option whenever we can.
We also completely understand how important sizing is when shopping online. Our size charts are created from the actual garment measurements for each style and reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy. While sizes can vary slightly between different designs and fabrics, the charts are intended to give the most precise fit guidance possible. We are always happy to give personalised sizing advice before purchase to help ensure the best fit for each customer.
We truly value your past support, and we’d still love to offer you the £30 store credit so you can find something you’ll enjoy wearing. Please just reach out to us. We hope we can provide you with a more positive experience in the future.
