Fantastic Experience (Fairview New Homes Watton At Stone)

We had been looking for a new house and whilst searching Rightmove I come across this new build site. I made an enquiry and spoke with Katie in the sales office. We made an appointment and was really impressed that Katie took us around to show us the show homes and the house that we were interested in. It felt like a really personal touch rather than just being left to get on with it ourselves like we had with previous development sites. We visited the site numerous times after and nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say the experience has been outstanding. We were always made to feel welcome during our visits from both Katie and Asli, any questions that we had were answered and if they were unsure about anything they would find out for us. We haven't bought a house for over 20 years but I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Fairview New Homes and both Katie and Asli. Thank you so much for all your help.

Excellent Experience

We have just bought a new house through Fairview and moved in a month ago. The sales team, Asli, Katie and Chris were excellent from beginning to end of the buying process, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Since moving in the support from Fairview has also also been excellent, our snagging list is almost completed already. We would thoroughly recommend Fairview.

Success story

We first viewed the development in July 25. We expressed our interest in one particular plot and with Asli and team we successfully completed on 6th February. Whilst Fairview Homes has various departments working towards a sale the Sales Team bridged the gap between contractual and reality. This made a huge difference to our experience.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We visited the site initially on a bit of a whim. We were searching for a new property but didn’t think the development would be within our budget.

The location was idyllic so we went into the sales office to learn more about the properties available. Little did we know that we’d find our dream home here!

Asli was our main point of contact throughout the process and she was incredibly helpful, guiding us through from start to finish.

We had visited several properties before reserving our Fairview plot - older properties through estate agents and new builds through developers so had experienced different sales techniques and styles. Asli and the team’s approach was not pushy, but instead felt calm and personalised to our family and our situation. She was attentive, helpful and friendly.

She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with ease (and quickly sought further advice on a couple of more rogue ones!)

A fantastic experience and we’re so happy in our new home.

Great development, excellent sales team.

When I visited the development for the first time I had no intention of buying a property as I had been waiting on another new build to be finished. However, from the beginning and the first meeting I had with Asli it all felt very welcoming without any hard sell approach, all of my questions were answered and the whole process of possibly reserving a plot was explained. I can honestly say that the sales team I’ve had dealings with at Watton played a big part of me deciding to purchase a property there because nothing was ever too much for them and I found they went over and above to accommodate every need or enquiry I had. I'm now at the stage of waiting for a completion date and Asli has even arranged for a meet up with my next door neighbour which I thought was a really nice touch.
In addition, a mention to the site workers. I visited the development several times and every time I did it didn’t look like a building site because everything was kept clean and tidy which gave me the impression of a well managed development.

Great service

Didn't buy as the sales staff were too…

Didn't buy as the sales staff were too pushy and quite unprofessional. One of the sales lead even threatened.
They always try to escalate anything to their senior team as if it was some sort o complex government authority. We almost bought it until we were transferred on to a "senior" who was absolutely the worst experience.

Great Experience Visiting the Brentford Development with Max

We recently visited the new development in Brentford and were assisted by Max from The Printmakers Yard team. Max was extremely professional, well-informed, and very personable throughout our visit. He clearly explained all the key details about the development, answered our questions thoughtfully, and made the entire viewing experience comfortable and engaging.Both my wife and I were impressed by his knowledge of the area and his genuine enthusiasm for the project. Max’s professionalism and approachable manner left us with a very positive impression of the development and the team behind it. Highly recommended.

We completed at Printmakers Yard at the…

We completed at Printmakers Yard at the end of November. The building operates with a communal boiler system for the entire block, which was sold to us as a major benefit — “like a hotel.” However, since completion we have repeatedly been left without hot water and heating, including today. This has been an ongoing issue with frequent outages.

On several occasions we were informed that the problem had been fixed, but it clearly has not been.Most of the flats in the same building are being experiencing the same issue even for longer periods. We receive no official updates on how the issue is being addressed and only find out information through neighbours. We are now fairly certain that the sales team were aware of the hot water and heating outages, as this problem has apparently been ongoing for months.

Despite this, the sales team were extremely keen to assist us in purchasing our first property. We invested a significant amount of money believing this was a sound and safe decision. However, once the reservation was completed and the funds were paid, all communication, availability, and willingness to meet or respond to messages disappeared. Once commissions were secured, this apparent kindness faded entirely.

As first-time buyers, it is impossible to describe how distressing it has been to move into our home during the coldest period of the year and be left without heating or hot water, including over the Christmas holidays.

At this point, Printmakers Yard feels like a mis-sold development, and we are now seeking legal advice.

Patient, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive team

From start to finish, my experience with Fairview has been genuinely excellent.

In particular, I cannot recommend Reece highly enough. He took an exceptional amount of time to show me and my family around the development on multiple occasions, always with patience, clarity and kindness. Every question we had - big or small - was answered promptly and thoughtfully, and at every stage I felt guided rather than “sold to”.

The entire process was handled with professionalism, warmth and transparency. I also had very positive interactions with the wider team, including Bass and Suzy, who were equally helpful and supportive throughout.

I feel very fortunate that Reece was my first point of contact, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Fairview to anyone considering a property purchase. An outstanding experience all round.
