One of the poor service that I could ever receive from the platform.
I deposited the amount during the 1st over of the match to play session markets of rcb vs DC match.However after seeing the deposit receipt the depositor didn't reply me for the next 20 mins .Once the powerplay got over the depositor replied back stating that the deposit is done ,but even after that it was not done with frustration I placed in other market rather than what I decided to play and ended up losing . I Have been a regular customer and used to make lakhs of deposit every month but this type of service is not accepted. Please address the issue and request to serve at the earliest. Even the customer care is not replying. Customer care is someone who has to address things quickly and fairplay states that customer care is available for 24/7 but everytime the response is very bad and late. I lost my amount which will not be coming back atleast dont allow this tupe of discrepancy for other customers .So expecting not to happen this again .

I’ve been using the site for almost 2years now and didn’t face any issue. Last week I was helping a friend of mine register on the site but was doing it on my phone instead of his. Their surveillance team detected it as a dupe id on my phone and blocked access to my account and funds. I spoke to one of their staff and explained the situation and agreed it was a genuine mistake. Also gave them all the details of my friends account which I helped create. After numerous conversations with their chat team for the past 6days, I was told yesterday that I have done some bonus abuse or something fishy in a card game which isn’t the case. I even asked them if they think I’ve done anything fishy during a game they can deduct the money from my wallet and help me withdraw the balance amount. Their customer service, surveillance and management are not even ready to provide and proof of the fraud I’ve done coz there isn’t one. I have been patient and cooperative with them for 7days, they came back with a totally irrelevant reason to block my account and eat my money.

Now you can see the cash decrease from your wallet. And sometimes the cash you win will not be credited to the wallet. Then send a message through whatsapp to withdraw the cash. One will give the other's number. That person will then give someone else's number. So you will be stuck. You have to send message 100 times to get cash credit. But there is no guarantee that it will be given

Think twice before using this website. I was platinum member of this website since last 9 months. They blocked account before any prior notice and didn't return my deposit. Their support is very rude and no any phone number to connect with support staff. AS I SAID THINK TWICE.
