They've been very experienced& polite people. I used them first time but absolutely am happy. The only thing I’m not happy is the interest on the loan which I have to pay is %305 which is too too high& unbelievable.

Put in a complaint over 12 weeks ago…
Put in a complaint over 12 weeks ago (12th February to be precise) and have still not had a final response letter or offer to freeze any interest or work with me considering the situation I am in. I have now put a case to the Ombudsman who is reviewing. Fair finance have offered no help or advice or pointed me in any direction to help. DO NOT USE THIS BROKEN COMPANY FAILING TO MEET FCA REGULATIONS. Think twice before using them.
Update: They ask me to urgently email them and still don't have the decency to reply. Shocking company. 7 more days after their reply here and still nothing.

Will be giving a loan but not worth reapplying
Unfortunately the same as most bad credit loan companies. Will give you a loan, however if you reapply your application gets declined after making all payments on time and paying off your loan early. Will not use again.

I made my application over the weekend…
I made my application over the weekend by one of their partners recommendations. Done all the necessary requirements per the application open banking and so on. They replied this morning, querying something on my credit report soon as they got this information I got an email and then shortly after a phone call approving my loan for £1000. The money was then in my bank this afternoon.
I have dealt with many a financial institution and I must say they by far the best I have dealt with over the years. Professional, friendly and efficient. Cannot fault the process in the slightest. 10/10. And thank you for giving me the chance with with others wouldn’t.
