If you wish to contact the data provider who supplied your information, for example if you wish to find out where they obtained your information and how they use your information, you can do so by using the details provided within the marketing you received.
If you do not wish to receive direct mail marketing, you may wish to sign up to the Mail Preference Service, which is a free service. Their website is www.mpsonline.org.uk
Please note that it can take up to 4 months for the service to become fully effective and is specific to the person who is registered at the address, rather than just the address itself. Therefore, if several people reside at one address and do not wish to receive direct mail marketing, each person should register with the MPS.
If you wish to opt out of our future marketing, please do email us at optout@fair.inc with your name and address and we will be happy to assist you.

From initial starting point it was very easy to start the process and being informed every step of the way is amazing so up to this point I would definitely recommend Fair to support your claims will update on completion but don’t foresee this changing my rating

Communication is key and this company are at the top of the class! They have provided updates at every stage and I have found the process to be absolutely pain free. Which is unlike others that promise so much and continually ask for the same information you’ve already provided…months ago! 😬 But then fail to update you regarding your claim.
