I placed order on 21 january and i got my package today after 58 days and i had many problems with getting ANY informations from this company i wrote like a hundred emails about my package and every time i was treated like an air i was told many times that my package was gonna get prioritised and nothing really happened overall i got my order i don’t recommend any interaction with this company and its management

Honestly I wouldn’t even give the one star purely for the shocking customer service and delivery times. It took over a month to receive the coat. It is a shame as the design of the coat is nice however it came damaged and after not only a week of use both elastics broke from the inside of the coat aswell as bobbling. After constant repeated emails I managed to settle on a partial refund however that was never received I have tried repeatedly to contact the shop and receive an exchange. I ordered this back in October it is now mid march and I still have not recieved anything. Whenever I email the company I receive the same email over an over explaining it is being seen by senior management and saying the same things yet no exchange. I had never experienced such shocking and shameful customer service in all my life. If I had known buying a coat bought all this hassle I would of avoided

Niet betrouwbaar!!!

Producten zijn niet van goeie kwaliteit, en heb ze retour gestuurd.
Ik heb met het bedrijf gemaild en kreeg eerst netjes een retour adres. Maar nadat ze m’n producten ontvangen hebben geven ze aan dat het niet terug kan vanwege sale! Dit staat niet in hun voorwaarden of ook maar ergens op de site vermeld. Ik ben al weken bezig met m’n geld terug te krijgen en nog steeds niks ontvangen!

Except the shipping problems I had, the quality was awsome

Every thing was all right i ordered two weaks before chrismas and it came today, jacket is good quality and customer support was perefect they changed my shipping adress in like 10 min so im very happy

I bought thier puffer jacket one year ago and I have to say that I had a great experience.It took 2 weeks to arrive.
The quality of their product it's really good, I've been proving others jackets like the north face and Faces' product quality is better
