The cushion itself is lovely, but the 1st letter of the name has been printed through the large J. Where was quality control? The name has not been placed correctly on the cushion. I want to return the cushion but I cannot find anything information on how to return. Most dissatisfied.

Before adding to cart and in the cart we show a preview of exactly how the design will look when it is printed. This is the proof which you would have approved. Please contact us via Facebook with your order number and we can make sure this isn’t a printing error. We save the preview images that are shown before payment so we can check if the design was approved like this.
