I’ve had the same problem as several other peoples reviews, bad communication, I was phoned about my order and I agreed to have 2 items on back order, I’ve now tried every method possible, but to no avail, to contact them to ask about the back order. The items I am waiting for are still advertised on their website. The fabric I did receive I was pleased with but unfortunately because of the lack of communication I am very reticent to order again which is such a shame, communication should be number 1 in any business!

I placed a order on 7 .1 .2026 for of 2 different William Morris fabrics .order number 140544840. Cost £52.95. After 4 weeks I rang to ask where my order was .I was told that they only had 8 meters of one of the fabrics not the 12 meters they had taken payment for ,but they'll be getting more in next week .it's is now all most 7 weeks since I placed the order . I still don't have the fabric and it is no longer for sale in their shop.No one answers the phone or emails .I am on ntlworld.com not Gmail and have told them this . I want a full refund today ... please ... D A Dunkerley.

Purchased £150 worth of material on the 5/1/26, most of it arrived £43 worth was on back order, after 4 weeks of waiting I asked for a refund, the refund was pending in PayPal for a full week before it was cancelled. Ive now had to open a PayPal dispute. I think alot of their problems are lack of communication. That and the fact they sell fabric that they havent even received in yet. I can't even tell you how many times I phoned the shop, found a mobile number on instagram and that gets answered more than the shop number. I personally won't ever use these again. Shame because they have some lovely fabrics and great prices but you just can't guarantee you'll get your order or a fight for a refund.

I ordered aubergine fabric for a specific project. They sent red. I contacted them to try and get a return but they offered a discount if I kept it and ordered the aubergine again. Since then I have not received the aubergine fabric or a refund and now they are ignoring my emails. My event has been and gone and I didn't get the fabric I needed. Id avoid this company at all costs.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order and its not arrived :-( Its very disappointing as I needed it to make a gift.

The website says its dispatched, but I did have a call to say that its out of stock - even though it can still be bought online.

Not the best experience - hopefully I can get a refund.

For the third time I have had them call me telling me a fabric was out of stock, this time it was after the item was showing as dispatched!!! When I sent them a screen shot showing it said despatched the blamed IT!!
It says 7-10 days on the website and it was at 10 days it went to dispatched which is only then when I think they bother looking at it. No wonder things are always out of stock.
When it came they had sent a 6m length I ordered in a 5m and 1m length which wasn’t any use as I needed 2 x 3m length. They did nothing to try and rectify this. They took ages to refund my out of stock money then made out like they were doing me a favour. And I think only did it after I said I would be going to the credit card company.
Terrible comms and terrible service is not worth the fabrics or the prices.

STAY AWAY!!! They advertise fabric they don’t have … say they will refund you for the bits they don’t have then don’t! Having the hassle of getting the money owed to me via the credit card company now. An unethical company.

Ordered a month ago and still haven’t received it. Terrible service

Ordered on 02/01. Finally received fabric on 22/01, after all emails and phone messages being ignored for 3 weeks.

Fabric is mostly nice, but arrived scrunched up, in a taped up carrier bag.
The Xmas Star batiks and the FQ batik packs were nicely presented.
The quilt batting is perfect, and a bargain.
For me, receiving and opening up a fabric package, is part of the pleasure of sewing.

I would order the batting and the prepacked bundles again, but only f I wasn't in a hurry for it.

I ordered two lots of different fabric bundles and another single purchase fabric after i had trouble waiting for ages on another site , i must say im super impressed with the speedy delivery and the 2 bundles of fabric were fantastic and just what i needed, will definately using this site from now on , thankyou fabricgiant x

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned. Ordered some wool on 31st December still not received. Been fobbed off on the phone been told it’s been despatched but still not received anything!!

Absolutely disgusting how they are allowed to take money and run don’t use this company they take your money and you won’t get your goods 😡😡😡

I ordered fabric on 1st Jan, I allowed time for them to return to work after Christmas period, I sent 3 emails asking when fabric to be delivered, no response,eventually they come back to me saying fabric was out of stock, and the fabric would not be in for at least a week, that would me fabric would arrive possibly not until 19th Jan, I am going on holiday on the 20th so I cancelled the order, I have sent 3 emails all have been ignored, I received email yesterday saying fabric might be in tomorrow, too late please cancel my order and issue full refund, still being ignored

Customer service is polite but it does not function correctly as a fabric and yarn online shop. They advertise for sale products only for customer to later discover are unavailable. As customer has to register an account prior to checkout the only reason I can see is that data is being misused. I have requested deletion of my account and all data associated with me and wonder if anyone will reply.

Ordered several balls of yarn because it's advertised as cheaper than elsewhere online. This company doesn't have a brick-and-mortar store, but when I looked up their address, it appears to be a mailbox. I should have checked Trustpilot reviews beforehand. Anyway, they haven't dispatched my order and haven't replied to my emails, so I've had to initiate a PayPal refund via the resolution centre.

I ordered fabric late on Christmas Eve, but then read the reviews and was worried I'd made a bad choice.

I was sent updates when the order was despatched, plus tracking information.

The fabric arrived today, which is quite good considering there were bank holidays and weekends in between.

Fabric is as described and good quality for the price, so I'm very happy.

I have been waiting for my refund for quite a few weeks as they were unable to supply the fabric I ordered in October. They sent the refund to PayPal but it didn’t go through apart from£3.95 which they sent separately. Despite telling me they are looking into it I still do not have my refund in full. Now they are not answering my emails. Next stop legal and small claims court unless I get an answer by next week…. And the refund

Read the pathetic reviews of the Company, and then AVOID.
They really are as bad as they sound, they take the money, hang on to it and totally refuse to communicate, despite countless telephone calls where it goes to answer phone and emails which they ignore.

They really are a scandalous set up where the customer is the last of their considerations and their IT is none existent.

Far better companies, who are honest, truthful and a pleasure to deal with and are customer focused, unlike this shower.
