Don't expect to get anywhere if you have a problem with your order.
I've been waiting over 6 weeks and have through PayPal to get my refund in the end.
They kept saying they would sort it out ASAP but still nothing happens.
No use ringing as you just get a USA lady telling you to leave a message.
In spite of your reply still no refund showing in pay-pal, and no confirmation from them that one has been processed.
As for sending the order out twice, one was for the totally wrong colour (but was sent tracked) and the other was never received and you could not provide me with tracking like I asked, which if you had sent im sure you would of been able to give me the tracking like the last parcel received.
So sent once really.

Shocking company to deal with! Order took over 3 weeks to arrive and fabric enclosed wasn’t what I ordered!! They don’t answer their phone or reply to emails! WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THEM ……. ie AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I wasn't sure because of the negative reviews, I took a chance and the fabric was lovely . It didn't arrive on time so I messaged them and they were quick to respond and helpful. So I will buy from them again but will expect it to arive a few days later than expected. Hence the 4 stars. If I do get a faster delivery I will change it to 5 stars.

Terrible company no tracking information delayed dispatch, avoid!!

I ordered £60 worth of fabric with this company this week and so far have sent 3 emails and have called approximately 100 times with no answer to either. I've been trying to expedite the shipping (more than willing to pay) as this has now impacted my weekend plans.

No response, no tracking information and absolutely no idea if I'm going to get my goods or not. I can't comment on the quality of what I've paid for as I'm not entirely convinced I'm even going to get it but I wouldn't shop with this company again purely based on the horrendous level of customer service. You shouldn't have to work this hard to speak to them. Shocking service.

I placed an order with this company 15 days ago. They charged me for UPS delivery and still I have not received the items. The tracking service says label created but no delivery info. I contacted Fabric Giant on numerous occasions and have been continuously fobbed off by the customer service team and am now having to place a dispute with my bank to get my money back as they have stopped communicating at all. Disgusting service! I would definitely not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

I placed an order for multiple lines of fabrics, the order arrived speedily but was missing one item.
I emailed the company in accordance with the instructions on their Web site, and, very quickly, had an apologetic reply. Unfortunately the delivery company lost the replacement parcel, so once again the kind people at fabric giant resent the parcel.
So, third time lucky, they sent my entire order over again - not just the missing line, and I am extremely grateful to them for going the extra mile to fulfill my order.

Would give 5* if I would not have to use review site to get my refund

I bought 11 different fabrics.
When parcel arrived there was only 9 fabrics (as we was expecting with nice bright colours). I contacted seller and complained and received refund for 1 item with 1 outstanding and still didn't received my money. (After bad review all sorted)
Make sure you record video while opening box so you don't have to go through same problems as myself.

After a bad review, I was dealt with quickly and satisfactory.
All money owned to me has been refunded and got a good gesture delivery free.

Looking at your reviews this also isn’t your first ‘Rodeo’ of bad service, nice to see service hasn’t improved since they tried to discredit me!

Takes payments for items they don’t actually have in stock then complain at the customer because they haven’t got it(Don’t advertise items not in stock then) it’s misleading and false advertising. Then don’t refund you and when you complain they try to discredit you by leaving bad reviews on customers. There response to negative feedback are just attempts to save themselves and try to look good but clearly their Feedback on all Social Media sites speaks volumes and shows that this company is like dealing with a child. Mind reading has no relevance to a customer ordering and paying for items they are advertising on eBay then say it’s out of stock it appears customer needs to be a mind readers! They have been aggressive and threatening throughout since I left negative feedback on eBay! They have claimed in eBay feedback that they sent me fabric which I’m claiming I I’ve not received and stated I was a lier but here below there response they clearly state that the items were out of stock and they gave a refund so who has lied then this has proven I never had the item then!! Made me laugh when they had the cheek to call me a “West of time customer “. Tell me Fabric giant do you also have “South of time customers” too😂😂

I ordered some fabric for a project and realized I needed more, so placed an order for the same fabric. When it arrived, it was darker than the first order. Fabric Giant was really quick to respond to my question about returning/exchanging it, and sent me the matching fabric right away. A small mix up was handled really quickly and kindly. Fabric quality is also very nice. Will definitely continue to buy from them!

I received my delivery promptly and was pleased with with the fabric, however i am missing the other half of my order, i have rang several times ( no reply) and emailed (no reply). I am very disappointed about this and am seriously considering going elsewhere for my products.
