I love the scrubs! This is my 2nd time ordering. The only minute con is the delivery time, which I understand since I am from Canada. However, I really love your scrubs!

Love the quality of Fabletics!

I've been a Fabletics VIP member since 2016 and they have never disappointed me. The customer service is wonderful. When I need to rerurn or exchange anything there are no questions asked. The only thing I would change is the courier company for deliveries to Canada, my deliveries take over 2 weeks to be delivered.

The website has so much selection. My order arrived quickly and everything I ordered was beautiful and such great quality. I had to return something because it didn't fit. The return process was seamless and easy. I will definitely be back to purchase more.

Love the bundleI got. Also love that I got free shipping even though I was using a credit. Everything I wanted was available in my size in the colours and length I wanted. Two things were on significant sale so happy all the way around!

Im curious to know what i pay $59.95 a month for? Isn't this supposed to unlock mega savings?!

The system is too slow. You tap on an outfit then you try to go to denim and it’s very slow or you have to sign in again. After about 15 minutes I just put my order through and didn’t have the time to wait.

I was unable to add a certain item to my chart so I called Fabletics. Luckily customer service was able to add the item to my chart and I could proceed with checking out on my own. I like this process better than the company asking for my card info over the phone.

I love all Fabletics products. I just wore my new leggings with the butt lift and mini split legs, they are absolutely the most comfortable pants I have worn in a very long time. The fabric is thick and structured. Leaves you feeling amazing!

I’ve been a Fabletics VIP member for many years and really love their clothing—it’s durable and long-lasting. I just wish the VIP credits could be used as actual dollar value, so I could get more of the items I like.

Created an account and immediately unable to access it. Very frustrating. But makes sense on the company end so as not to be able to make any adjustments to the membership.

I went to use my credits and they have expired.
This is not ethically sound to charge customers a credit from their account with the option to utilize at a later date. Then have them expire. It’s the same aspect as a gift card. Customers should not lose their credits.
I am very upset having lost my credits.
Retuning them would keep me as a member.
Not everyone has money to spend them right away.
Once I receive my last purchase, I will be cancelling my membership.

Honestly i like my experience because of the variety of clothes and products on the website. On the other hand, on my mobile phone, the experience was at the same time disastrous because of the MULTIPLE bugs i encountered. You click on your cart it closes when you scroll down, page being upload while im touching nothing, sometimes you scroll down through the products and it goes back up… My iphone is a 16plus and it’s up to date…

Just so really New Customer oriented website - & I know you will be amazing to talk to if needed🙏🥰 l can’t wait for my new Push-up support Bras!!

the price changes when you add it to cart.
the sales are misleading and not clearly stated, they are dishonest about pricing and difficult to reach and deal with about it all.

All the emails and promos demonstrate 80% site wide however when I go to check out it’s, in fact, only 70%- Maybe for Americans it doesn’t seem like a big a difference but when we’re converting to CAD it’s a big difference.
