I wish I could give zero stars. Bought two dresses which didn’t suit me. Steve of fabfrocks refused to refund, sending photographs showing I had got fake tan on them, which I don’t use, and asking for £10 to send the dresses back to me. Unfortunately, my card company decided in Fabfocks favour when Steve produced these photographs. I then sent the £10 to have the dresses posted to me. When the dresses arrived, one of the dresses was a size bigger than the one purchased and without any marks. I asked Steve to exchange for the size purchased or for a different item and he emailed me to say he was no longer going to deal with. Steve is a pass master in avoiding meeting any consumer rights obligation. I am now out of pocket in excess of £100. Please be aware and avoid. There are other similar negative reviews on other sites. I wish I had seen them. This is the first time in my life that I have had to write a negative review.
