Went above and beyond to find me the perfect watch for my 40th. Couldn’t do anymore for me and the watch is stunning. Customer service is 5 star and even has a message weeks later checking I was still happy with my watch. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Fantastic service! Quick turn around a delivery! Will definitely be shopping here again!

Thank you so much for the top service!

Five Stars! Highly Recommend!
Really pleased with the level of service I received! Super helpful, but never pushy—which I really appreciate. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had.

Second purchase from F2, once again absolutely impeccable service. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I arranged with Gavin to meet at his office on a weekend, he was very flexible around my timings.
The office is very smart and professional.
He talked me through his stock and I immediately was drawn to an automatic aquaracer.
Since that meeting, Gavin has kept me up to date with the progress of the refurb and delivery process perfectly. A very professional service.

Have used F2 watches for buying and selling now , watch in immaculate condition and great communication throughout the sale which is peace of mind and spending a lot of money with them .

I bought a tagheur watch for my fiancé’s 30th birthday. F2 watches made me feel at ease, answered any questions I had with very promp replies. The delivery was very fast. They messaged me once it had been delivered to make sure I was happy with it. The watch is stunning and a very good price. There is Not a mark on it. My partner is over the moon! The watch come with 1 year movement warranty & The warranty card with authenticity. Thank you so much! Would definitely use F2 watches in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Spoke to Gavin regarding a watch I was interested in. Met him at his office and was extremely helpful. The watch is like brand new and looks fantastic. Will definitely use again for future purchases.

Messaged Gavin in the morning about a watch for sale. Amazing and fast service, he even went out his way to re-arrange some of his plans so I could collect same day. Watch condition is mint and can’t tell any signs of wear. Will definitely be back.
Appreciate it Gavin!

Great service, great communication & great watch. Arrived next day on time as advised! Would 100% recommend! Thank you!

Second and third purchases from Gavin. Again, impeccable service this time on a matching set for our anniversary.

This time we did a full trade in and Gavin managed this superbly with literally no pressure of difficulty for me as the customer.

Sourced me a matching set in retail ready condition, I’m continually amazed by Gavin’s quality standards for the prices he offers timepieces at.

Personalised service and real focus on the customer experience, again F2 Watches come highly recommended and I look forward to my next purchase!
