1e seizoen dat we Formule 1 Tv nemen. Normaal via Telenet, nu overgeschakeld maar al lang spijt.
Slechte kwaliteit en het laatste half uur blijft alles hangen met de nodige stress.
Hoe kan het dat dit telkens op het einde van de race is? Vreemd.
Wij gaan terug voor een andere optie moeten kiezen want dit is geld weggegooid.

Na een jaarcontract zou ik maandelijks moeten kunnen opzeggen. De kosten waren bijna verdubbeld maar omdat ik maandelijks kon opzeggen toch maar verlengd. Echter wel voor een jaar afgeschreven. Dat had ik beter niet kunnen doen. Opzeggen met teruggave van restitutie lukt dus niet, na herhaaldelijk contact te hebben gehad hebben ze mijn abonnement geblokkeerd en account verwijderd. I live in Las Vegas, a city where we have the misfortune of hosting F1. Because of that, our roads are constantly under construction year-round. During the race, businesses are forced closed because they're within the vicinity of the race track, forcing many people to lose a week's worth of work. Barricades, lights, and stands are set up everywhere, and not only do they look ugly, they block off access to many locations weeks in advance of the race itself. Commutes that should take twenty minutes instead take an hour or more.

The money that's supposedly brought into town doesn't ever reach any of the regular people in the city, instead it fluctuates amongst the casino moguls, politicians, and bureaucrats who forced this hellscape upon the rest of us.

The basic subscription is super limited and, for someone who travels for work a lot, Pro isn’t available in enough regions to make it worthwhile.

Recent ontving ik twee afschrijvingen van F1 op mijn creditkaart. Dit verbaasde mij daar ik slechts 1 abonnement heb en wel de pro versie. Terugkijkend naar afgelopen jaar blijkt dat mijn upgrade van TV acces naar TV pro beiden in rekening worden gebracht. Deze upgrade heb ik vorig jaar in de app en TV access geactiveerd en ging er daarmee vanuit dat ik alleen TV Pro diende te betalen. Twaalf dagen geleden een ticket ingediend bij F1 echter in de bevestiging staat dan weer geen referentie naar het ticket en duurt het allemaal erg lang mijn verzoek de teveel betaalde kosten terug te storten ook te beantwoorden.

Verschrikkelijk loopt vast hapert gewoon geen doen. Duur abo voor niets.

As a big F1 fan obviously I subscribed to F1TV and for the most part I’m really satisfied, what others complain about like image quality etc I have no issues at all, only rarely a short episode of pixelation or graining. Very sparse and lately hardly any. But what makes me VERY angry and dissatisfied is the content, both of the app as well as the streams, like now in Brazil when qually was postponed due to rain, they just stopped coverage! And this morning around the postponed Qually no Pre-qually show? No Post qually show? WHAT IS THIS??? We are paying a LOT of money so we are entitled to a DECENT SHOW!! Shame on you F1TV! This is a disgrace and a MAJOR disservice to your loyal customers, your bread and butter!!!

Most of the time I’ve enjoyed quality streaming quality and am mostly pleased with the programming offered on F1TV Pro. I mostly view replays and at times I don’t seem to get connected or picture will freeze and I need to reboot.
Often I’ve seen pictures of the race winner on the heading for a replay. Ridiculous and more than annoying to see the winner before I see the race.
I don’t appreciate that when one one replay ends, it jumps into another (seemingly random) at full volume.
I enjoy the knowledge and camaraderie of the broadcast team.
The loud distorted show intros with thug music “Come and git it, I’m the G.O.T. and your not, you can be my mascot”, irritating. But, I’m an old fan that isn’t in demographics they apparently are targeting.
Hoping that someone at F1TV will read these comments, because I haven’t seen an option for this feedback on their website.

Wat slecht gaat het streamen. Steeds veel meldingen "slechte verbinding" of gern stabiele verbinding, tijdens de wedstrijden. Wel de abonnementskosten met € 30 verhogen.

Gaat niks mis ga stoppen met f1 kijken door fia

They sold me a service that they don't have and they returned only half of the money. I paid 4 dollars for nothing. It was a scam

First of all, I love watching Formula 1 and having the ability to subscribe to the content directly from F1 has been nice. I’ve had F1 TV Pro for about 3 years and this year (2024) has been absolutely atrocious. The video quality constantly gets grainy, the production quality it terrible, and the buffering is horrendous!
Main gripe is that during some sessions the video quality is so bad you can’t even see the lap times or captioning of the radio messages, what the heck!?? Also, the production has got to improve; the commentators will be reviewing a portion of a lap or replay and because the production quality is so low they don’t even put that video on display at the time they’re analyzing it. Just a terrible product for a global brand like F1.

Voorheen goede kwaliteit van beeld en commentaar. Sinds het "samengaan" met Viaplay is het 40% duurder en de kwaliteit van beeld en commentaar is schrikbarend achteruit gegaan. Volgend jaar ga ik niet meer op deze wijze formule 1 bekijken.

Just cancelled my subscription. Always had buffering issues and despite a recent upgrade to my internet connection (500 mbps which should be plenty) its worse than ever. All other streaming services I use work fine.

Note that when I cancelled the only feedback I could provide was to select "Technical issues" from a drop-down list. Suggests that F1TV don't really want to know why someone would ditch their service.

My son and I have had a subscription to F1TV for two years now, so I know what I am talking about and judging. Even though the quality and connectivity are generally not really that bad, the experience with F1TV during the report of the Grand Prix of America (October 20, 2024) leaves a heavy mark on my assessment, because both the quality of the images, the audio and the connectivity of the stream left a lot to be desired. I have never seen it so bad and that while I have a super fast fiber optic internet connection at home (the Netherlands). In short, it was all far below par and very disappointing for us, as the race had a very exciting. So, I could gave 1 star, but with the benefit of doubt, F1TV must be happy with my 2 stars...

Liberty seems to be doing its best to 1) offer worse quality YoY; 2) provide less and less connectivity in terms of servers causing streams to often drop; and 3) increase pricing YoY. It's sad to see them destroying the sport.

Ik was over het algemeen tevreden. Soms lastig te accepteren dat het beeld kwaliteit bagger was maar goed dat nam ik voor lief.

Nu hebben ze met het wereld domste bedrijf (viaplay) een samenwerking aangegaan en heeft F1 tv hun prijs verhoogt van 65,- naar 100,-.

Hell no!!

Dan kijk ik liever via de gratis opties.
Jullie onderschatten de Nederlandse mentaliteit, liever geen F1 dan zo enorm duur contract.

Jammer F1 tv dit gaat jullie veel Nederlandse klanten kosten.

Omdat ik ipv een creditcard, een mastercard had gekregen, konden ze gisteren het bedrag van 64,99 niet afschrijven. Ik kreeg een mail van F1, dat ik op de link moest klikken om mijn betaalgegevens aan te passen. Helaas werkte de link niet. Na 3x met de klantenservice gemail te hebben, zeggen ze dat een jaar abonnement niet meer kan in NL. Ik moet nu een maandabonnement van 11,99 per maand doen. Dat is 80 euro duurder per jaar. Dus na 2 jaar betalende klant wordt ik gepiepeld. Doei F1. Hoeveel Nederlanders moesten hun creditcard omruilen voor een masterkaart?

Had jarenlang een abonnement bij F1 TV Pro maar dankzij Viaplay die de F1 rechten in Nederland heeft gekocht is deze nu gecanceld. Ik kan mijn abonnement hernieuwen voor €11,90 per maand (ofwel €142,80 per jaar) omdat ze nu samenwerken met Viaplay. Dit is meer dan het dubbele van wat ik eerder betaalde, wat een grapjassen. Dan maar naar de gratis opties kijken op internet.
