Ezee Fiber Bewertungen 

I was told on phone by sales person 69 dollars for one gig speed and 20 dollar discount promotion is on. When I order then email say 79 dollars for 2 gig speed. When I call back they told me there is no one gig speed internet available for my area. Total fraud so be careful if you order Ezee Fiber.

YOU MUST WATCH THE EZEE FIBER INSTALLERS VERY CLOSELY EVERY MINUTE BECAUSE THEY WILL DO A BAD JOB THAT COSTS YOU A LOT OF MONEY.
Ezee Fiber cable installers chopped my irrigation system wire, never said anything and reburied it. A week later I now have a yard full of very expensive and very dead plants.
How can anyone be so irresponsible or so stupid to think their mistake would not be discovered.
Ezee Fiber does not hire honest competent people, they do not train them in good work procedures, and they do not supervise their employees' work.
The photo shows my chopped irrigation cable. Ezee Fiber buried it back under the weed guard after they chopped it. This cable could have easily been repaired when they chopped it... and no other losses would have occurred.

Ezee Fiber was doing utility work in our neighborhood, and put a utility box in our yard (within the utility easement). Everything seemed fine, until we turned on our in-ground sprinklers for the season and discovered they had damaged our lines (water gushes out from near one of the sprinkler heads).

I placed a call to Ezee Fiber and was assured that I would hear back from the company and/or their contractor within 3 business days. No response came within a week, so I called again and was assured that I would hear from them within 24 hours. That was one week ago (two weeks after my initial phone call). I’m currently on hold (20 minutes and counting) trying to reach them for the third time about a problem they created.

I understand that mistakes happen, but this is very disappointing and a big waste of time. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Ezee fiber had a vendor company called Blackrock to install fiber in the community. They came and dug up my front yard by the street and left it with a ditch of dirt without the grass they removed digging. I have been calling Ezee Construction line for the past week and a half for them to come and put my grass back down like it was before digging and no one has made an attempt to rectify what they destroyed not even a phone call. The Ezee fiber reps opened a ticket and they have my contact information and have been telling me someone is supposed to call back and look into this but still no response or any type of communication to rectify the damage to my front yard. But they had a sale tech come to my door and get this try to sell me their fiber service with a down payment of 10 dollars and they cant even respond back about getting the Blackrock vendor they hired to rectifying the damage they caused to my front yard. Now why would I even consider getting their fiber service. Their construction line reps are very rude as well to top this whole unaccountable situation they caused and will not rectify whic has now has been about a week and a half now. Pictures of their damage has been takened.
