Initially ordered 2 front shocks for my jeep wrangler which were open box items, they were shipped nearly immediately and arrived within a day or two. When I opened the box both shocks had damage to the adjuster knobs, one was actually broken off.
I contacted customer service and let me tell you that they care about their customers! Way to go Extreme Terrain A+ service. I hung up and ordered the two rear shocks because of the service that they provided after the sale with my initial purchase. Very pleased not only with the service but the quality of product they offer.

I bought a front cv repair kit for my 2016 JKU. My mechanic couldn't fit me in for several weeks. Once he looked at Jeep he said I'd be better off buying a whole driveshaft. It would be better and cheaper in the long run with labor costs. I ordered the mammoth front driveshaft and called to return the rebuild kit that was still in the unopened box. They said it was over 30 days so I couldn't return it. I just spent over $400 on the driveshaft and they won't accept the rebuild kit in an unopened box for $150, just because it's been a little over 30 days. Not happy 🤬 Update. They called me and said that they were willing to accept the return since it was unopened and never used. Also I have done lots of business with them and they want happy customers. I appreciate that.😀

I called after my first order to add 2more items. The girl I spoke with tried but system wouldn’t let her add to item’s. So she was so nice to give me a 10.00 store credit as and it was automatically subtracted from my order. I wish I could remember her name to give credit for great customer service!!

The product selection is good. Its easy to find products that fit my vehicle. My only complaint is with their shipping. The shipping is slower than any other online vendor I order from.
