even 120 days never can get any money back

I would like to talk about my experience, I used this site for a long time but never applied for cash withdrawal, they deactivated my account and $200 more was taken away by them. They are really overkill. After reading a lot of comments, many people have encountered this kind of thing, this company stopped the customer's account for no reason and took the money for itself. The truth is that the merchants have already given them the money! To this day, my account is still closed and I have not received a cent. All of the above are facts. Would you choose to continue to cooperate with such a company?

I placed my first order through them on December 1st on an eBay order for about $1,000. A day or two later I placed two more orders through them, again on eBay, but one was for $30 and one was $50. The only order that processed correctly was the $30 order for a whopping $.22 in cash back. When I inquired about this, Extrabux responded with "eBay US does not post cash back to Extrabux which means they determine this order is non-commissionable. Unfortunately, due to special circumstances with merchant eBay, you are not able to send inquiries to eBay. We are sorry that we are not able to get you cash back for your order. We would like to get you cash back as much as possible, but if the retailer won't pay the commission then we are unable to give you cash back."
So basically Extrabux is not honoring the cash back and telling me there's nothing I can do about it. According to numerous other reviews this company does this a lot. Avoid these people at all costs.

This is a scam project. Your purchases will not be counted. And if you try to file an appeal, it will be rejected. At the same time, on other similar services, my purchases are taken into account without problems.

I made a total of 9 transactions

Each time the cashback never tracks correctly. They were advertising 20% cash back on this site but only pays 5%. They have one agent working in customer service so after weeks of contacting support they are able to correct the cashback amount.

My last 3 transactions were close to transitioning from "pending" to "paid" and THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!!

When contacting support, they said I had asked to close the account in 2020. How can my account be closed in 2020 when the last 6 transactions were from this year in 2022?

Sometimes the purchase is not confirmed immediately, but I send them the details of the order later and they always confirm the purchase later. After the usual time of 30-45 days (usual for all cashback sites) the cashback is ready for payment. So far I have had over a hundred purchases and have never had major problems.

this is a customer scam site, always offers customers to buy through their link and then when it's due for regular payment, give enough reasons to force the user to verify, then soak the customer's profile and refuse to accept it. refund, please report so that no one else gets scammed by them

Placed an order 4 months ago with ATT for a new line using their cashback service. After trying to work with their support to try and prove I actually made the purchase (I still am using the phone and I screen recorded the transaction because I didn't want any issues). They actually canceled my cashback without notification & refuse to pay. This place is a SCAM, do not use.

Maybe it works with other merchants, but it doesn't with insta360.
Well, it didn't work. I followed the link, but extrabux says "they did not pay us, we are not paying you, and we are not following up with them"
