My dissertation in computer sciences was proofread by express proofreading. In terms of what was good: the quality of changes made was very good, as was the turnaround time, and just generally keeping me informed was good. The live chat feature is super handy too.

I have utilised the 24 hour return proofreading service for two journals for publication as well a few times for smaller pieces like abstracts just to make sure they are always polished perfectly before submission. On all occasions the proofread journals returned to me have been flawless with every little mistake picked up on. They used track changes which I initially had no idea existed but it was really easy to use (its pretty self explanatory but they gave instructions and even a video on how to use it) and actually a great idea I will use in future.
