I think this company is a SCAM.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I order on 12th April, spent £33 on a set of plates, just the rear one turned up, without the correct border, etc, just a single cheap rear plate. Emailed customer service, nothing for days, then they said they would look into it and still nothing almost one week later. No product, no refund = SCAM. AVOID

Ordered a set of 4D plates for my sons car, customer service team helped with documents I needed and the plates are top quality thanks guys!

Very fast shipping, plates arrived within a week from ordering. Needed an upgrade due to old plates getting on with being weathered down. Perfect replacement option and very inexpensive.

Although ordered with Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours, this purely relates to the expected courier time, so 2 days after ordering I expected my rear plate in a reasonable amount of time... after the tracking offered no update, I emailed for an update which was ignored. The following day I emailed again and also advised that I needed the plate for the coming Sunday but still nothing. Only when I advised that if I did not hear back that I would have to purchase elsewhere and request a card charge back did I suddenly receive the requested plate.... but with 1 LETTER INCORRECTLY PRINTED! On top of that the graphic for the GB and flag was poorly printed.

The only reason that the review is receiving 3 stars rather than 1, is that the requested refund was finally acknowledged by email and received back to my card on the following day.

Needless to say, I won't be using again and I can't recommend

Plate wasn't delivered in time, and out of paid service timeline, rendering the plate useless having to go elsewhere. No response to resolve the issue and no number to call. Avoid this business and go somewhere else.

No replies to email took money can’t provide tracking number going to have to go through nightmare of charge back and getting bank involved do yourself a favour and use a good company

Don’t send these scammers your license I made this mistake and am now having to go though the process to correct it they may have been legit in the past but are not now!

Purchased new plates over a week ago.
Opened the package and letters wonky not acceptable standard. Wish I could share the pic for you to see how bad the quality is . That’s not all sent several emails no replies at all totally stone walled. Next stop trading standards.

My order was dispatched the same day and I would have received next day if it wasn’t for Royal Mail not working on a Bank Holiday!

Simple process to confirm ownership and proof of address, I was emailed immediately after placing my order to confirm.

I guess the only negative I can honestly say was that I missed out on an additional 5% discount as I ordered the day before the Easter offer started but that’s the luck of the draw.

Will definitely use again which other companies were as easy to use and efficient to their customers 😁

Original show plate (same size as legal size) was scratched and had blemishes and I requested a refund by contacting their support email. A replacement was offered and I agreed and asked for them to send me a 7x5 size show plate instead. They replied and completely ignored the part where I asked for a smaller size and said they sent me a replacement. I responded minutes later again asking for the smaller size show plate and still no response.

Fast forward a day later and the replacement comes and it’s a completely legal plate original size and it has the BS AU 145e stamp on it and name/post code. For one I didn’t order a legal plate I ordered a show plate and two I’m quite concerned that I didn’t have to provide logbook or registration retainer document proof before receiving this!

TL:DR - got my order wrong and then the replacement order wrong without requesting legal document as per the law, and ignored my email correspondence to request the replacement be slightly different. Poor service

Do not pay any money to them. You will not receive your plate. This is a scam. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions but they do not respond to emails or web messages and have no telephone number.

I paid money for a plate. They sent me a Royal Mail tracking number the next day which RM say is pending receipt from the company. It’s been a week since I ordered it with 24 delivery and nothing has changed. There is no telephone number and the company is unresponsive to emails. Customer service and communication is appalling - and I’m not sure this is a legitimate business.
