Great company, great service. I had my eye on a Martin OM model guitar, all the big brand guitar shops were out of stock, with a minimum of a month to wait for new stock. Express music had it in stock with real pictures of the actual guitar I was buying on their website rather than generic photos from the Martin website. I bought the guitar and received immediate email correspondence about delivery, which was very swift. The guitar was packaged securely and delivered quickly and I am very happy with it. I got the feeling that express music actually cared about selling me a quality instrument at a competitive price, valued my custom and strived to provide great service….not sure I could confidently say that about the larger guitar retailers. I would happily buy from Express music again and recommend them to others,
