UPDATE (6-1-21) Still have not heard from anyone from their company about a refund. They will take your money and leave you in the dark.

UPDATE (4-9-21) Haven't heard from them this week i spoke with FTC and they said they will be reviewing the email, text and voice recordings and will get back with me.

YET ANOTHER UPDATE (4-2-21) so after my last update i got a phone call from Ben cooper and one other person, they basically said the same thing that they would issue a refund after i take down this review but yet again i explained the situation to them about all of the lies and scams that they pulled with my project and that i will not be making any postive changes to this review or from the FTC until the refund hits my account and clears. As a replay to what they sent that is another BS story and a lie i have the emails and text to prove it. At the start of the project i had a choice between shared and dedicated server i chose to stay with the shared because it fit in my budget and after the refund window closed they said they could not upload to a shared server so i had to buy a dedicated server. They dont care about 100% satisfaction because if they did it would of not escalated this far and i would have a refund.

UPDATE (4-2-21): Adam just called and said that he has had his accounting department process my refund and asked me to take down this review. I told him that i will revise or take down this review once the refund hits my account in 7 to 14 days. He was unhappy about this and we argued back and forth for a while then he said i am not entitled to a refund. So yet another lie and if your asking to yourself what proof do i have, i have a call recorder on my phone of the entire conversation.

They will Lie to you and tell you what you want to hear until they get you out of their refund window. Adam, Ben, Mark Avoid them!!

UPDATE: so the project started with Scott i explained what i was looking for and wanted in the website, he recommended the titanium package for $1200, i sign up and paid. Then Ben took over i re-explained what i wanted and he had me fill out 2 forms one for the website and one for the logo, after he reviewed they started on the logo and that went well. Then once the website started is when it went down hill, at first Ben said that the PHP larvel was not included in my package and that i would have to pay a additional $1800 so total cost was $3000 so i told him to refund the $1200 because i didnt have the money, after reviewing the emails Scott sent me it stated that it was included in my package so i sent Ben the email Scott sent me and he said he was sorry and that it was a mis communication on his part. (This was the first RED flag) so the project continues and Ben and i were talking about features i wanted and he recommended upgrading to a dedicated server instead of a shared server, he sent me several links so i could compare them and i agreed that the dedicated server would be the best bet but i did not have the extra funds to upgrade it would of costed like a extra grand or something like that so i told him we would leave it on the shared and when i have the extra money we would upgrade later after the site was up and going. So fast forward a few weeks i haven't heard from Ben but Adam has been in touch about page layout and colors of the pages so after the front end was nearing the completion and they were going to start on the back end Adam contacts me about i need to get a dedicated server because this site will not work on shared server and that he will not upload it to one. So again i told him i can't afford a dedicated server and he said that it won't work on a shared server, so i requested a refund and they told me i am not entittled for a refund since they were that far along on the site. So i explained that if i was made aware of needing a dedicated server instead of have the option for a shared or upgrading to a dedicated i would of got a refund in the beginning (2nd RED flag) Please note i have all text and emails from these people showing all of this. I would not recommend this company to anyone they will scam you out of your money.

So I have worked with James Anderson as my project manager and all I can say is phenomenal work ethic!!! James and his direct team Fadi have provided me with so much insight on the web development aspect that I had no previous knowledge of. James stayed in touch and was readily available and when he may have been busy with another client - there was never a day where the phone call was not returned. Their passion for web development goes beyond the initial purchase as they basically "hold your hand" through the entire process. It was such a great experience working with James Anderson as I have had previous development projects and I didn't feel as important due to the heavy workloads I'm sure, but James and his staff definitely have their priorities set. There were very minimal issues with the development phase and the concern I had or changes I may have suggested were taken into consideration and let me tell you they make EVERYTHING POSSIBLE! The experience has left a great impression on me and I will use them in the future for any web needs I may have. Thank you for all the hard work you guys have given to my business and I am glad that you treated my business website as your own - that's what I loved the most! Thank you guys so much for this 10 out of 10 experience as you guys provided me with so much more than I expected! I highly recommend James Anderson and his team (Fadi) as they will ensure every vision you have is brought to fruition!
